Yep Powerstops are the way to go. I installed the same Z36 set but also got the red powdercoated calipers. I also painted the rotors with high heat black paint. And new fluid. Stops perfectly now!

I just got the exact same Power Stop braking package for my 2019 F-150 on 35x12's and the stopping power is well worth the price.

Always go with Moog when possible. Also, PowerStop is all I ever use for brakes no matter what the vehicle.

I did the update also on F250 after around 15k miles after purchase but can’t compare the difference and I don’t upgrade the rotors I kept the stock ones,the dust on black wheels are night and day also

You should also change the brake fluid every 3-5 years. In Germany, you have to change brake fluid every 2 years.

My brakes the same way on my truck on 28s and I was looking at getting them similar brakes and rotors. I think you was trying to say brake fade just like how they do in the big rigs too. 💯💯💪🏽

Nice video , but I’m curious to know did you have full stopping power right after installation or did it get stronger days later ? I order z36 for my Escalade had them installed yesterday and to be honest I’m not impressed atleast not yet anyway . Yes it stops pedal not hitting the floor but with all the hype I was looking to tap the breaks and damn near get throwed through the windshield . Ok that was a bit dramatic but I feel like my factories had a better pedal lil more solid feeling . And yes I did the break in procedure to the point where I was smelling my breaks in the cabin .

Why did you replace the front bearings or hubs? I also recommend braided stainless brake lines.

If you are working with Power Stop then you should be installing them yourself. I just dropped $700.00 on Power Stop brakes for my SUV and I even installed them myself. How can a guy who has a Automotive You Tube channel not do the work himself? What it sounds like to me is you are only using You Tube to upgrade your truck for free. To me you are not a automotive You Tube creator, you are just using part suppliers to get free parts to fix up your truck. Real car gals and guys work on their own vehicles. Maybe I should start a You Tube account just to get free parts, that would never happen. I actually enjoy spending money on my SUV. It gives me a sense of accomplishment and I can hang around other people who enjoy fixing their own vehicles without feeling like I am a fake. s
