5:00 This is a very important advice. Do not mess with the ribbon cable unless you have to. These cables specially the contact pad are fragile and the port secure it using pressure and this can degrade the contact pads. It may take around 10 times before it breaks then you have to buy a replacement part.

@@vasiliathedemon425 Honestly not a fan of that one. My launch ds4 controller I installed a black Honcam trigger stopper grip it comes with, yup a grip and a trigger stopper that you can adjust manually depending on the game. I had to cut some part of the grip with exacto knife and a sidecutter (that I use for building plastic models) to fit in a back button attachment as well. The job went perfectly because I'm used to dealing with plastic model kits.

Hate the lightbar on the touch pad. So irritating playing at night. I didnt know it was on newer models. Frig.

It has much longer play time, I haven't had any issues with it since installation

@@JRobling there was one review of someone saying the battery started bloating (with a pic included) some time later. I would assume it's from using fast chargers.

Hey so I have the same tool set as you but different battery I have a 2000mh one with 2 connectors it’s compatible with chu 1 and chu 2 I’m using it for a pro controller. So I ended up breaking the led plastic thing. Only place I can order a replacement part is “eBay For PS4 Pro 5.0 Slim 4.0 Game Controller Housing Transparent Light Sheet Cover “ if you type that in eBay or google it’s that part, I can’t find any place else that sales it. Or a video how to install it. I’m upset I had that controller from 2016 when I bought my pro. So I don’t want it to go to waste I put it back together it works fine but I want to replace that part so it looks like new vs some loose plastic. I bought this controller battery and its to power full it dint even last a minute my conteoller got hot it turned off now it dosent connect i waisted my saved up money on that now im sad cause i waisted all my money i had
