Just a little tip, you don’t need to start the car to bleed the system. You simply turn heat all way up and blower on lowest fan speed then press gas petal for 12 seconds to the floor . You will hear the electrical pump start purging it cycles off and on for 10min roughly

Thank you so much for your help. That little nub of an outlet broke just like your client's. We rigged it with a 5/8s hose and a male/male connector. Was under the impression it was the coolant portion of the oil cooler that broke. I know what to order now. Much appreciated!!!

Why don’t they use metallic tubing and fittings in cars?

you have to purge the system of air, piece of cake, turn ignition on without starting the engine, adjust heat to max settings, press throttle pedal for 10 seconds, the water pump will start and run for 12 minutes, you can see the flow looking at the reservoir. The Bentley manual states that without the purge procedure the engine may overheat. It advises to connect an external power source to avoid depleting the battery.
