USCIS Processing Times for I-130, Green Card, U Visa, I-601, I-601A, DACA Renewal, VAWA, & J1 Waiver

USCIS has new processing times for their cases for June 2023. Today we have an update on the processing times for the following applications:
Chapters:
0:00 Intro
0:47 I-130 petition of a U.S. Citizen filing for a spouse, parent, or child under 21.
1:16 I-130 petition of a Permanent resident filing for a spouse or child under 21.
1:39 I-130 Petition of a U.S. citizen filing for an unmarried son or daughter 21 or older.
2:02 I-130 Petition of a Permanent Resident filing for an unmarried son or daughter 21 or older.
2:26 I-130 Petition of a U.S. citizen filing for a married son or daughter.
2:49 I-130 Petition of a U.S. Citizen filing for a brother or sister.
3:12 I-485 Adjustment of Status application family-based. (Green Card)
3:20 I-485 Adjustment of Status application based on U Visa. (Green Card)
3:32 I-601A Application for Provisional Unlawful Presence Waiver.
3:45 I-601 Application for Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility.
3:54 N400 Application for Naturalization.
4:02 I-918 Petition for U Nonimmigrant status (U Visa)
4:15 I-360 VAWA Petition.
4:23 I-821D DACA renewal petition.
4:32 I-612 1 Exceptional Hardship Waiver.

Hello i file for my mother. She is in us on visiting visa and i filed i 130 and i 485 together. I submitted her medical in nov 2022 and filed in jan 2022. I just got update today i 130 is approved. How long approx will it take to get i 485 approved and to get gc. Thanks

To obtain a bonafide determination it is faster than the actual U visa approval process.

You can get a work authorization via a bona fide determination but it is taking years.

hello, I went as a student, but became a victim of a crime. a month and a half ago I applied for a U visa, when will I get my work permit and ssn? I read the news that there are now 190,000 people in the queue for this type of visa. The waiting period is 20 years, is that true?

@@TheGreenCardLawyer I have always cooperated with the police, and I am ready to cooperate further, but that guy was given a warning and released, despite the fact that this was a repeat offense.
