I do this always just called it freestyle dancing. But it makes everyone around open up, you realize that while we don't live in a world where dancing is illegal perse but people believe you need years of training to dance and never experience the bliss that comes from the flow of the music.

In Aus we have something called No Lights No Lycra, where people get together in a darkened room and just dance however you want with no ego, no performance, but still having people around you in the gloom. It's great.

Loved this, I’ve danced w her a few times in past weeks… started at retreat- hearing Violet say something about “freedom to move” however you feel… such great release!

Wonderful stuff. Would love to you do regular episodes where you teach the basics of what you've learned from Angelo and others. A ZDogg course on presence.

I just love this so much as you were able to capture into words exactly how I felt when I was done with the video. It's amazing how much this type of movement helps with the energetics of this well. Now that's a sentence I never thought I'd type out, EVER!! 🤣

At the beginning I started coughing. A lot! A cough through the bottom and tops of my lungs. Apparently that’s what the body needed. Thank you 🙏

It doesn't have to be dance nor require music! Just relax and allow movement to manifest. I learned it almost 40 years ago and I think of it as "spontaneous movement". I look more like a 4 year old having a tantrum or maybe a seizure. Definitely moves some stuck energy.

I should add, I am crap at meditation in the usual sense; ADD and heaps of early life trauma make it unlikely for me to focus or sit still. Moving like this though seems to do "something" so I continue and hope for the best ;)

One more add: quite a few years ago for a couple of really long periods of time I taught meditation. I thought this intuitive movement is part of that. How was quit teaching because I would come to the realization that I didn’t know FAK about what I was doing. Anyway, when I’m I mean to say is that I think it is a very wise practice to every time you do this set a firm, unbreakable intention that there will be no self harm and no damage to anything in the environment. People who carry a significant load of stored trauma energy can get significantly activated by this practice. If, ask him to happen very strong emotions arise which tend to lead you into kicking, pounding your fists, or punching the sofa or your bed make excellent targets. This can be extremely satisfying! And can also result in some significant shifts and self-awareness and how one acts/reacts with other people.

So beautiful, the sky dancer expressing itself as awakened movement. When you feel your body move like this it's like tapping into the source. We should chat about Vajrayogini the delusion chopping sky dancer who dances on shame and greed, whilst gulping sweet nectar from the skull cup of emptiness to the eternal tune of impermanence 💃

I can't let myself care what people think anymore when I dance or jam, because I use music and the rhythm section of music to keep me moving beyond what the underlying motor neural situation is doing with me at any given time. It really feels miraculous to me. I have no shame getting through the grocery store or down the street with various mobility/navigational gear. I admit would be reticent to take levadopa, because I would be less in control of its unwanted effects. Not saying never. As long as music and rhythm unfreezes me. I prefer that. As far as I know, rigidity and dystonia are not controlled by levadopa, and I'm not bothered by my own tremoring that much. It's always been sporadic since toddlerhood. So, when I'm in the check out line...💃😂 ...and I'm not a natural extrovert. My mom was not a dance mom. 🤣😅

Do you have any videos of cosmic energies and how you can capture them by way of emotional frequency resonance? Like a muon can be captured with the right frequencies matching itself I believe. Muons are like a genie in a bottle… makes me think of the Baghdad batteries and how water ripples with the subtlest of frequency

I’m happy to hear you had a good response to such a practice. I work corporate and am very practical + analytical. If someone told me to dance, I’d say, “yeah… not going to happen.” However, my sister introduced me to free feeling yogic/primal movements a year ago and it changed my life. I processed through so many unknown subconscious emotions while moving my body in accordance with however it needed (by myself on a yoga mat in my apartment). Glad to hear others experience emotional releases as well (I keep this to myself haha)

Are you an HSP? (Highly Sensitive Person) You sound like an HSP based on how you described your awareness of how you look when dancing (among other things I've noted about your "online KZfaq persona" over the years). Just thought I would ask as I only learned about HSPs (and that I am highly likely to be one myself) a year or 2 ago. It's fascinating stuff! Was almost as much of a revelation as finding out I was an INFJ on the Briggs-Meyer. (I'm nowhere near the awakening part of my journey yet, so all this still gets to me) 🤣🤣

I don’t see how this invalidates “science based medicine”. It’s supplemental, a yes AND situation.
