The composer wrote this specifically with big bands and choir in mind. Every instrument is heard and accompanies the singing so well. The trumpets in the background is awesome.

When you think about it the USSR was a respected nation from their sacrifices of WWII they had nuclear weapons but knew better than to shoot them at enemies for little to no reason cause the outcome would be pointless. If I could go back in time I would want to visit the mighty USSR and see what it was like first hand and show love to the country who’s people gave soo much to keep hitler from world domination. Communist or not the USSR will always be remembered as a great nation and the Alexandrov’s Red Army Choir will be cherished as the best choir the USSR has ever had period.

Если подумать, СССР был великой нацией. Советские главы государств знали лучше, чем использовать ядерное оружие, потому что понимали, насколько оно разрушительно. Коммунисты они или нет, они упорно и беспощадно боролись против Гитлера и его планов глобального геноцида евреев, цветных людей и т. д. Народ СССР не уклонялся от войны, он с радостью шел в нее и следил за тем, чтобы режим нацистской Германии заплатил дорого за свое вторжение в Россию, а также за гибель миллионов невинных россиян немцы уморили голодом. Если бы я мог вернуться в прошлое, чтобы посетить СССР, я бы с радостью сделал это и был бы в восторге от посещения и личного знакомства с могущественным СССР и скромными людьми, которые живут в нем. Никогда нельзя забыть могучий СССР за его доблестные усилия во Второй мировой войне. Мир благодарит СССР за его жертвы во Второй мировой войне и никогда этого не забудет.
