Excellent explanation. Been getting this fault for years now. Thank you.

I love the detail of this and the explanation as to how the pressure sensor works which I've not seen anywhere else

Superb video. I have this issue and waiting on our engineer to attend. First fault since it was fitted in 2009.

These sensors are a good design and work perfect if the system is clean but can become blocked very easy , the problem is that you get guys that just turn up and change them without checking what caused it to fail and that's usually dirty system water or a lazy pump , if on occasions you turn up to a job and don't have a spare there is a way to bridge them out temp until a replacement is fitted.....👍

And how is, for to this? bridge with resistor?
@Carl-re6zb2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for posting Jay. I assume when the boiler was fitted it was sized for any future expansion. Subsequently it was left being too much for the current demand, hence your visit realised it was wasting energy for the here and now and duly rectified. Surly this should of been part of the commissioning process.

Genuinely think most installers don’t calculate heat loss, also if u don’t range rate Vaillant’s they response slower
@Carl-re6zb2 жыл бұрын
Interesting.( regarding working slower).. is this the same for Flexicom' s CX & SX???. It's just that I work for a local authority and due to agreement with manufacturers we fit Worcester 30i erp boilers in 1, 2 or 3 bedroom flats with 1 bathroom and a max of 7 radiators... It's also current regulations (as far as I'm aware) that Part L is required so as with CCN1 and Cenwat 1you need all 3 or else you shouldn't be specifying appliances..

@@Carl-re6zb all boilers, if u don’t the boilers wastes time calculating the flow return temperatures etc

Hi,may I ask please, how to know if the water pump has to be changed? What are the indications because I don't want to be taken advantage of because I didn't know.Thank you. My boiler keeps giving f75 fault, increases the pressure by itself and makes weird noise, like an airplane taking off. I am serious. Please advice. Thank you.

Does the pump pressure sensor also send the system pressure to the Pcb and the pressure display ?
@warriorsofwarmth9 ай бұрын
The pump increases the pressure which activates the next sequence

Hello .What if may boiler indicates 0 presure without showing any error . Tried to top it up and safety valve lifts. can it be pressure sensor?
@warriorsofwarmth Жыл бұрын
Needs pressure, error would indicate if boiler doesn’t sense increase

Vaillants have an internal bypass, so shouldn need another one?

System boilers need another one

@@warriorsofwarmth Please can you tell me why that is?
@warriorsofwarmth Жыл бұрын
External bypass helps increase flow rates and cool the hex down, also on bigger systems DT maybe higher so it prevents thermal shock
