Great to see how you and your content have matured over time, I've been a longtime viewer (tho my old KZfaq name is my deadname lol). Anyway, congrats! Damn I love Rift Apart, got some reservations about how they utilised the concept of alternate dimensions and characterised everyone but bar the writing and some bugs I encountered, I had a blast 100%-ing this game...twice. The voice acting and attention to detail in the animation really brought out the best in the game. Plus all the new weapons in this great arsenal really feels refreshing. Just a great time. I hope any follow ups hear the criticisms about the writing and frequency of dialogue and improve but this is such a solid step in the right direction, especially the near perfected gameplay and new, brilliant movement.

Thanks for this review, as someone who only played the 2016 remaster I considered playing the other games of this series. As I don't really know where to other games I thought Rift Apart would be the "easiest" to get, and I can see it is worth it, I'll just have to be born again or move to a country with a better economical situation lol

Fantastic video, I was already sold on the game by the trailers but holy hell I want it even more now thanks to you, now to go and bankrupt myself by buying a ps5...or at least trying to buy one, eh whatever it's worth it for R&C.

I can't get this yet because of money issues (jobs, man, anxiety inducing things even before you get them, especially when your last job had you work hard and practically every day, but then you get into one argument due to stress build up and they throw you out), but I am so glad to hear that it's so well received after how the others turned out. I can't wait until I can actually get it and play it, cause as someone who's been a fan of the series since playing the demo of the original back in 2001, I've also seen its highs and lows, and it's been low for far too long, despite my personal enjoyment in a few of the lower games. Also I love how you used that one particular tweet involving the foliage not interacting with Ratchet/Rivet when they move into it and them saying Insomniac will never make anything other than B-Grade games that won't win GOTY (That guy CLEARLY doesn't realize that Spider-Man on the PS4 was Insomniac and that was considered Game Of The Year by many magazines and the Game Awards-). I mean, yeah, sure, it was interactable in a PS3 game so it should certainly be in a PS5 game, but...how often are you REALLY going to even pay attention to that unless you're specifically meaning to? And especially, in a game that's this freaking magnificent in every other area graphically. I know he's obviously just being a little bitch about it, but jfc man, how petty can you get...? Then again, it was someone on Twitter. I shouldn't be surprised...like at all-

Losing our bottom floor to water damage is not what i expected right after corona vaccinations...from one hell into another. Maybe in a few years ill decide to buy everything back. I loved pretty much everything about the game. Amazing story (I think they said that it will be a ps5 trilogy along with something for the Ratchet and Clank anniversary 2022), the OST is amazing I love the music, every weapon felt unique and useful, all the planets were unique and all of them had memorable events. I wont say more since then it would go in spoiler territory and most people might not have played it yet and they should if they're a huge fan of the series as I am. The game stuck the right heart strings with the story that I've not felt in a long time, parts of the game made my heartrate go up just from what is happening in the story. Many people actually say its the greatest Ratchet and Clank game ever made and I don't blame them. I would personaly put the game along with A crack in time as my favorite in the series. It genuinely feels like privilege to play the game this early, and I hope as many people will get a chance soon to play and experience it for the first time.

I generally have 3 in a row then 1 at the top of the bowl. Pour enough boiling water onto the center of each piece to completely soften it, then add almond milk to give a nicer texture (and prevent burning your mouth). Let em sit in a lil puddle of water & milk soaking it up then top it off with a fair shake of brown sugar. If done right they'll be nice and soft with minimal crunchy bits and that's how you eat Weet-Bix!

Honestly, I actually enjoyed the sort of palate cleansers that the older games had. Rift Apart feels kind of repetitive in that sense, especially since the Glitch segments, instead of being your traditional hacking minigame is just... more shooting. I feel like Crack in Time really did this the absolute best on this especially since Insomniac Games when into that game with the specific goal of achieving a sort of balance between everything you'll be doing in that game. Hence the combat oriented planets, the platforming oriented moons and the puzzle oriented Clank levels. I feel like that was an excellent way to keep the gameplay loop from feeling too repetitive while also defying genre. (Although from all that, you can probably tell that I didn't like Deadlocked all that much so what do I know?)

From the start of the game to the end. Loved it all the way. Yes to some Rivet is abit of furry bait or a Waifu in the making. But she kicks ass. She could easy hold her own in a main game. The growth ark works even if its treading the near same path.

I didn't know this game was a sequel to Into the Nexus when I went to play this, because I just thought it was a sequel to the reboot. Instead it is a sequal to the reboot and all the games but the first, or atleast the future saga. I had only played the reboot till recently and this took my by surprise.

the games incredible but after the first play through the glitches start to appear,and some of them can get so bad I had to unplug my ps5 multiple times just to fix the glitch, yes the glitches can get that bad! im so glad I was live streaming when the glitch happened I recorded the entire thing!
