The enemy vipers smoke affects a friendly viper because lore-wise it's apparently thinner and can go through her mask. Essentially both sides have masks specifically tuned for their own gas but not for the difference in the others.

7:09 the bullet gets slower the further it has to travel so in close range the bullet is faster and therefore has more penetration. At further distances the bullet doesn't go as deep into the wall and breaks apart sooner (so close to the surface) which creates a bigger hole. Like macro said, it's just physics.

Most of these questions like the viper gas mask, spike explosion, sage healing, etc. can easily be explained by reading the lore.

7:10 the bullet is moving faster and thus pierces the wall more easily. The second bullet is from farther away, so it causes more damage to the wall upon entry. This is especially true with snipers in real life.

The “explosion” of the spike is supposed to be stealing the radianite that you can see on the sites. It pretty much just transports the stuff to the home base on the mirror world. Or, it sucks out the energy of the radianite which explains why you can still see the stuff on the site, and why you die to the blast. I remember hearing radianite was for energy purposes.

8:15 Well in order to detonate the spike you need radionite, which happens to be found in the green/turquoise boxes that are on most sites. (Some are orange like on fracture a site) These also happen to give most agents their abilities. I think the spike needs more radionite then abilities so that’s why you can’t just take them with you.

For the running one, they are literally always running unless u walk, neon's ability is giving her a boost.

My idea about running in Valorant is that characters can’t normally run because they have to carry so much weight around. They can walk a little quicker while holding a knife but you’re still lugging around a sidearm and a rifle. BUT, Neon’s electricity could serve as a boost to her running ability. The electricity could help move her joints with less stress on the body, giving her the ability to run unlike the other characters.

To answer the spike explosion thing is kinda weird but simply it is just a teleporter that when exploded will take the raidianite to an alternate dimension where they have almost run out of the stuff. That is also why there is 2 of each agent sometimes (they are just invaders from an alternate dimension)

8:15 if you didn't know, if you plant the spike spikes will come out of it from the bottom. That's why you cant "Take it away". You can aprove of that fact by going to fracture, to the left bottom of the site on a and then planting it

The thing with the spike not getting rid of everything in its radius (which I’m pretty sure I know the answer to) is because the explosion is meant to get the radianite boxes because for some reason you don’t want the defenders to have that radianite, which is why you can only plant on certain areas of the map (radianite boxes are those green boxes on sites and radianite iteself is some weird crystal used for power) Mini fun fact : renya is the king of all radients Radients and radianite are 2 very different things btw ALSO neon is not the only one that can run Shifting is walking Normal walking is running And neon is Usain bolt

Talking about the Spike: The Spike is a thing that creates so much energy, that, well, that energy can kill anything in its path. The Spike was designed to absorb and / or destroy Radianite. (Radianite is the In-Game terminology for the crystal things that gives the Agents their powers, sort of like kryptonite, but, it's actually good.)

5:04, it isn't really an explosion, well technically it is but it meant to suck the radianite from the site, you know those green boxes that are only seen in site a, b, and c. The use for the spike is to steal/destroy it so that the defender don't use it for a bad purpose, while the attacker needs it for the kingdom. It's explained somewhere, i think you can search it

At 5:04 no the spike as explained in the trailer steals radianite and in the duality cinematic there are two worlds resulting to both of them fighting the other world which is earth 2 there radianite is rapidly decreasing for some unkown reason so it dosent damage the place at all only stealing the radianite.

I really hope you make a Valorant For Noobs 2.0 because there has been 8 new agents added since the closed beta (I think), and a whole bunch of new maps to play and is over all a whole different game than it was two years ago. the spike explosion from the spike is the process of transporting the radiinite (the weird green crystals in the boxes) from one place to the other and the reason you die is because it can only transport non living things and in pretty much rips you in half when you are in it so ye that is my explanation of le spike

for the kayo part, the reason we hear bones cracking and blood coming out of him is because the riot devs were too lazy to add detail. and i think vipers gas messes with his wires or something thats why he gets weak, and the spike explodes in a black half-orb type thingy and it teleports the raidiante from the real world to the mirror world and i think if any human or living being comes in it they die
