I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure tom took an upgrade that made him cast 50% slower in that second run?

One of my favorite Samurai Jack episodes is when he fights the Ninja, the scenes is incredibly done, as they only use black and white throughout the entire fight sequence.

I fully understand that he didn't get it and he made an honest mistake... but seeing Tom pick the Slowcooker to DECREASE his cast speed over and over again made me crave death

All I can picture once Tom notices his choice of the "Slowcooker" upgrade is his head in his hands with a soft "Shit the bed".

Cant believe Tom ranks that rave Samurai Jack episode over that flute ep of TNG! Despite it being the best episode of television EVER MADE

This game reminds me so much of hyperlight drifter, I'd love to see Tom play that even if it's a single video

My favorite Samurai Jack episodes, or at least the ones that I remember many years later, are Jack and the Three Blind Archers, Jack Learns to Jump Good, and The Creature

The _Samurai Jack_ episode Tom is referring to is *Episode L: Tale of X-49* which is a really good one. I have to say that *Episode XL: Jack and the Ninja* is one of the all-time bests of visual storytelling.

I'll be honest, the original vampire survivors doesn't really do anything for me, but I like the games that have spawned off of it. I think my favorite so far is holocure because it's just to unrelentingly cute, but this is aleo pretty cool.

Seems like there's five levels as they're named after the stages of grief. The bosses seem to be Tarot cards, and randomised.

One of my favourite Samurai Jack episode was Jack vs The Bounty Hunters. It really shows just how dangerous Jack can be.

My favorite episode was when he fought against the dude with the skull summons.

I wish I had time to play this when it was in Steam Next Fest. I ended up buying it and it became the first ever game I've refunded on Steam. I didn't hate the game, I just felt like it had some issues, and it wasn't one I had as much fun playing. Also, just a minor thing. I hated the sound effect of the sword. Out of all these sorts of games I've played I had the most fun playing 20 Minutes Till Dawn and Brotato which I have Tom to thank for. Loved those two soo much.

IDK I feel like all these Vampire Survivors-alikes miss what makes Vampire Survivors so interesting, i.e. that decisions are only down to what to build and how to move. The moment you add a fire button it kinda ruins the magic for me. Even some of the later Vampire Survivors abilities like the spears, mess what the formula. Like the magic is that everything is cycling cool downs and it comes down to movement build only.

The Allegory chamber ironically does not contain any allegory. Just the actual, literal devil. This is of course an allegory for the psychological tendency to assign deep meaning to events that are in truth simply the uncaring outcomes of a mechanistic and non-spiritual universe. It's a metaphor for the fact that it isn't a metaphor, very clever. Or maybe it's not, and I'm just bullshitting.

I guess vampire survivors is the flavor of the month for videogames for the rest of this year ... *big sigh*

Feel like half or more of the abilities you got did practically nothing. Which makes getting them disappointing.

I feel like we should stop rewarding people that literally just copy other games... This is like Vampire Survivors ripoff #346. It probably took the developer like 15 minutes to make this...

Personaly i despise that new-age type of cartoon crap. No quality, just cheap cookie cutter low end graphics that look like my son doodled them at 5 years of age. Give me Jayce and the wheeled warriors instead of those any time.
