The frame looks great. Very strong and rigid. Even now, as just a open frame, there is almost no flexing. The wood deck, headache grill, and side rails will stiffen it even more.

Man what a build. I'm loving it and looks great!! I really like the wheel wells fenders and add some front trim to the front wheels would look good too. :)

If you swap the rear van lights, won't the reverse light be raised up above the bed? As long as the lights don't taper vertically, you might be able flip them upside down and then install the drivers side light in the passenger hole and the passenger light in the driver side hole. The would move the reverse light from the bottom of the light cluster to the top, and raise it up higher than the bed deck.

You need some wheel spacers and some mud tires like on the ranger maybe even a 2-3" lift
