Imagine the final boss fight, or a scene with kratos and atreus that fight for save the world with this music... best soundtrack I've ever heard in a game without a doubt, which helps to increase my hype.

KRATOS fighting his way to save Atreus. Huge battle against thousands of Asgardians. Then Freya shows up with the Valkyries and lead them into battle one last time aside with KRATOS.

Imagine the part where Kratos is carrying Freyr is extended and this is playing. Just running through the jungles of Vanaheim while taking out the hostile local wild life, einherjar and whatever else with Freya flying and jumping around with her Valkyrie wings with Atreus summoning wolves and riding that ibex while shooting stuff and the rest of Freyr’s crew gradually joins in and fucks shit up.

I would not be surprised if the beginning theme played as we siege towards Asgard. All but sounds of war. Kratos, seeing Atreus beaten, lets out a yell of fury across the lands of Asgard. All goes crimson, so too does the blood of every Aesir around him. GOW3 Overture playing.

I'm actually quite disappointed with the official soundtrack of God of War: Ragnarok, there are so many tracks missing, including this bit of combat music, unless I'm mistaken, but I don't think it's on there. Also, there's a new version of a track from the original soundtrack which would have been awesome to have, but you can't really talk about the track without spoiling that part of the game, so I'll leave it at that.

They did, but it's only in it once, and during a battle with Einherjar in Vanaheim. I don't know why it wasn't used for a more important part, like rescuing Freyr. They must have changed or cut something, but I'm not certain.
