This routine will help you get a nice full body stretch to help tight muscles in the backs of the legs, hips, rotation through the spine and arms.
It is a great routine to do after or before another workout, or even on those days where you feel you just need to relax and get your muscles supple and flexible.
Remember to breathe deep and do not strain when you are doing stretches, that way you will feel a nice release in the muscles and really reduce tension.

This stretch workout is wonderful for limited time moments and recovery days. It’s a rainy Sunday here- great day for gentle indoor stretch after church. I noticed improvements in my flexibility and balance since 4 months ago. Thanks Vanessa. 😊❤️

I just did second time, for my week, of Pilates workout on week 5 for higher living program. I felt needed a good full body stretch after the Pilates workout. Instead of doubling up on Pilates, I saved that for tomorrow. Only recently realized part of thighs hurting from wrong support from shoes. I wasn’t able to grab ankle in Pilates workout, but must be better stretched since did in this routine. Thanks Vanessa 🧘🏻‍♀️❤️

That sounds like a good move, pushing the Pilates to tomorrow 🙌✅️ Do give that particular muscle group a rest when needed. You are really intuitive with all the programs and routines you are doing. This is so impossible long term 🫶✨️ Well done.

Great stretch this early afternoon after some computer and desk work. I was able to reach around to ankle prior to Achilles’ tendon stretch. I was feeling even a bit better prior to fatigue hitting for mid afternoon. Thanks Vanessa ☺️❤️

I was going to re-start invigorate program after finishing the 14 day core challenge. After an outdoor mishap of dropping car keys on outdoor walk, it turned into a 3 mile trek for us. I needed the gentle stretches. Thanks Vanessa 😊❤️

I started my mid-morning with this stretch (flipped Wednesday/Tuesday routines- since your Wednesday morning is my Tuesday afternoon). Post mile walk outdoors, then this stretch prior to live workout. In lunge, I couldn’t reach around to ankle. This stretch is tricky- there are days easy to do it and other days feeling stiff/less flexible. Otherwise great stretch. Thanks Vanessa ☺️❤️

In transit today from Singapore to London - and completed this 10 min stretch in the Dubai transfer lounge - great stretch - Achilles heel stretch was very interesting - got a few looks doing downward dog at the gate….
