120 g tender oatmeal*
80 g onion (one medium onion)
1 x small garlic clove
1 tsp mustard (optional)
1 heaped tsp salt
1 level tsp pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp marjoram
200 ml hot oat milk (or other)
Yogurt:
160 g yogurt
1 level tsp salt
1/2 level tsp pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder or use fresh garlic
1 heaped tablespoon frozen parsley (or fresh one)
A squeeze of lemon or lime juice
1/2 tsp maple syrup
For the salad I made a simple dressing of warm water, salt, pepper, apple cider vinegar, oil and a little maple syrup. If you need exact directions, write me (;
