Roberta Vinci gets frustrated at Venus Williams for the amount of time she is taking in between points during the final set tiebreak of their semifinal match at the 2015 Dongfeng Motor Wuhan Open.
Vinci says "sì ho capito... sì ho capito, ma cazzo, vuoi un tè od un caffè?!"
"sì ho capito" is just an Italian way to start a complaint. Literally translated it means "yes, I understand, but..." but it doesn't have any actual meaning. "ma cazzo, vuoi..." is "what the fuck do you want..." / 649902427945213952 www.tennisforum.com/64525977-p...
Roberta suggested to Mariana Alves, the chair umpire, that Venus should receive a time violation, however Alves did not give one out.
After the match, Vinci said in press:
"Well, of course I was nervous. After 2 hours and 30 minutes... For me maybe she was a little bit late. The chair umpire say nothing. That's why I was... But it's okay. I was nervous."

Objectively, a warning should've been given for time.

1 minute 13 seconds from the time the point was called for her to hit the first serve. Should be a point penalty.

I believe that Vinci was upset because Venus took more than one minute to serve after winning a point on her serve (the rule allows only 20 sec.).

A whole lot of nothing .. a whole lot of people going on about nothing. Roberta had every right to be upset, and Venus was playing games ! PERIOD... if she doesn't like being call out for it... that's too bad.

on top of that Venus understands and speak Italian. however I bet you that Roberta will not get fined for what she did. If that had been Serena Williams there would be a fine and probably an article on the news

Vinci is just pissed because although she'3 years younger than Venus, she looks 10 years older than Venus, and I'm being generous when I say 10.

Guys, I'm Italian and by the way Roberta didn't say "what the fuck!?" she said "Ho capito, ho capito", which means "ok, I understand (the fact that the ball boy was still running). And then she asked Venus if she wanted a tea or a coffee, very sarcastically. She was frustrated and she reacted, but she didn't swear or said anything that rude.

The umpire should definitely have intervened here, venus took way too long, can understand why Vinci was annoyed, if it was the other way around.......
