While anakin despite having the greatest potential of all only fought serioisly during the three years of the clone wars against mostly droids. So arcann would have faced against much more powerful opponents with different fighting styles and yet defeated all of them. Experience is as important as potential to me because having a grdat potential doesn't mean that you will realize it while having a great experience makes you a true master of combat. How on earth would you give “arcann” the force edge against the most powerful Jedi of all time. DIRECTLY stated as such multiple times. He would smoke ARcAnN. He gets the dueling advantage by FAR, he’s also DIRECTLY stated as the greater swordsman in galactic history. “He’s unbeatable, and he knows it”.. “You have done well, Lord Vader. Don’t really know what I said four years back to prompt as lengthy a response, but I meant that I’d give Arcann the force edge due to the variety and esoteric nature of his force abilities. Anakin’s got raw power, but he doesn’t generally break it out in a fight as his go-to method-and even then he’s using the standard set of powers used by most guardians. He didn’t really come into his own with using his force abilities until after he became Vader-which is why I’d give Arcann the Force edge, but even then Anakin would still pull out the win.

To where when he was done and they fixed their orbital/solar shield generators he collapsed and had a seizure because he exhausted himself so badly. And that’s as even 2 YEARS before ROTS. By which point he’d grown even stronger. He was 21 when he held back the Theta storm; it’s one of the greatest feats in the entire verse…. And as for THEE greatest feat in the verse; HE LITERALLY OVERPOWERED THE FORCE ITSELF lmfao. Bent the literal personifications of the Light & Dark Sides of the force itself to his will and brought them to their knees before him. “Only The Chosen One could control both my children . . . Now you see who you really are . . .” And again, that was just after stopping the solar flare: 2 years BEFORE Revenge of The Sith. And that’s just a couple of his crazy feats.. Or when he landed the Invisible Hand; nobody else could’ve done that either. He literally became the ship, it became an extension of his will as it’s described. And it used the force to forcefully slow it down drastically. He he literally used the force to stop a burning Star Dreadnought beam-lining for the ground at Mach 1 and basically lifted it back up and “sat it down” right side up. He had to force its nose upward with the force WHILE its going that fast WHILE being inside of the thing. That’s crazy. It was directly referred to as his “masterpiece” for a reason.. And like I said, that’s just to name a couple. If you actually look up force power, and telekinesis (which literally encompasses like 75% of all force powers anyways, just different uses if telekinesis like push, pull, repulse, choke/crush etc.) on the Wookiepedia page for each literally almost ALL of them state at the bottom either “Anakin Skywalker was a master of this power” or “Darth Vader was a master of this power”.. One or the other. He was NOT some padawan who doesn’t know how to use the force. He’s the most powerful force user in galactic history in terms of direct strength in the force; and he knew HOW to use it. He was not just some blunt instrument at all. He’s shown way more combative aptitude AND abilities in general than Arcann ever has. Than MOST have……. Anakin is the ONLY force user in history to ever achieve “Oneness” more than once. He did so on MULTIPLE different occasions. 6-7 different times at the least. Anyone else who’s ever done it has only ever been able to do so just ONE time.. He did it TWICE on Mortis alone. Once during Battle of Praesytilin. And during the final duel with Dooku onboard the Invisible Hand and again when Landing Invisible Hand.. When he reaches that state, that state of utter clarity with no confliction at all and purity with the force; he’s unbeatable. It’s directly stated as much both in-universe and by other Lucasfilm officials. When he reaches that state it is basically him tapping into his full potential; and anybody who steps in front of him is fucked.. The Anakin that killed Dooku in that state of clarity could’ve killed Yoda and Sidious at the same time. Because at full potential he WOULD have been able to. That’s even been shown directly by official Lucasfilm sources. Like The Clone Wars Magazine…. Lucas himself directly stated that Vader was already roughly 20% stronger than Sidious before his injuries on Mustafar. So that’s his base; when he reaches that state of complete mental clarity and taps into his full potential and starts fueling himself with the Darkside, he’s quite literally unbeatable. Unstoppable…. Which is why Lucas himself even said it was a fluke that he “lost” to Kenobi on Mustafar after completely dominating him the entire time. He was IN that state on Mustafar before they arrived there. But his perceived betrayal of his wife-who he’d literally done it all for to begin with-fucked him all the way up. Shook him out of it. So he did something stupid at the end that he otherwise never would’ve done and paid for it in fire.. Anyways, the point is, yes, he HAD “already come into his force abilities”.. Being put into the suit is what HAMPERED them, not unlocked them…. Lightsaber combat ITSELF IS using the force. Idk why people don’t seem to understand that. On the battlefield, we HAVE seen him use massive force waves and repulses and all of the above. Force lighting once he embraced the Darkside and became anointed Vader to fry Jedi in the temple and guards and droids on Mustafar fighting his way into the Separtist compound-literally disintegrating enemies with blasts so powerful. And we’ve seen him throw down a massive multi hundred ton obelisk to crush a ton of Jedi at once in the temple; and then picked it up like it was just a pebble and launched it through the massive main bunkered doorway into the rest of the temple. He’s done it all, before he was ever encased in the suit.

Grey Jedi doesn't require greater skill, it just reflects the philosophy of not taking sides in conflict. I would say that Thexan is a Light Sider who is touched by darkness but does not succumb to it. Arcann is a clear Dark Sider who gladly embraces it. Same with Vaylin.

yeah, no. That wouldn't play much of a factor here. Every versus series episode is assuming the fight between both combatants are on neutral ground with no outside help. Even if arcann did have the ability, it wouldn't matter because there would be no dead to raise. And with anakin's skill level, Im pretty sure he would tear through them like a wet paper towel. It would amount to nothing more than a stall tactic

Dooku wasn't the weakest apprentice of Sidious. He was one of the greatest sith lords in his time. Only Anakin was able to crush him. Even Yoda couldn't defeat Dooku decisively.

In the comics, Vader defeated and killed an old Sith half Jedi, a heretic, named Darth Momin. Momin was quite strong, and had also defeated Vader, but also was crushed to death. It was said that sith master or apprentice should serve the dark side, not that the dark side should serve them. Meaning, Arcann could win. So I guess your right. But Vader’s hatred and anger towards anyone like Kenobi will most likely end in Vader losing his right or left arm. So, it’s a draw.

@@swarz08 That's a really terrible comparison. First, Vader was already under strain from battling Mustafarians and narrowly escaping lava flows. Momin ain't crap, he's a Vitiate/Exar Kun rip-off at best, and there's way too little material to really gauge his M.O., and his powers tend to be more time-consuming rituals than something to use on a whim in a fight.

Even Starkiller couldn't block lightning like that. Valkorian gave Outlander a sliver of his power and it shot out the building 50+ meters and was blasting ships out the sky and Arcann was blocking that for a good minute or more before failing. And Outlander eventually beat him Mano e Mano. C'mon dude

@@mannyman1012 I seriously don't get how all these people seem to think Outlander is like Ahsoka level, Arcann is maybe Kit Fisto level, Valkorian is like MAYBE Dooku level if he's lucky and Revan is like Darth Maul level. Or Malak would lose to Maul. It's some comical ass shit when you can plainly see the truth
