Yeah but the problem was that Anakin was already losing his trust in Palpatine which is why he reported him to the council in the first place. So if he saw Sidious kill those Jedi I think he would have fought because in the actual movie when Anakin came into the office Palpatine was already defeated and made himself look weak so he could lure Anakin in.

It's an interesting thought. If he surrenders to the Jedi, he loses access to Order 66 and faces the possibility of being trapped within the Temple with hundreds of Jedi; even for Sidious, that is the worst case scenario. For all his awesome power, one wonders whether even he could survive such odds. Even if some hidden directive forced the Clones to try and rescue him, it's possible that the Temple's defences would hold. If he attacks, Anakin inevitably defends the Masters (he is a Jedi Knight, first and foremost) and given how Anakin defeated Dooku, it's conceivable that he and the Masters combined might be more than a match for Sidious. It seems more likely to me that Sidious would fight his way through them and escape, eventually using Padme in a more direct way to engineer Anakin's fall. Just my two cents, anywho.

@@Vasun05 it was not Anakin's Anger that killed him but Anakin tapping into more of his potential. Dooku could never win against Anakin. And against canon Vader? He couldn't last 10seconds, Vader can break through Dooku's force barrier without an effort
