Growing up,, I had a neighbor with that same perfect mix. A middle-aged little person, extremely intelligent, but with psychological and drug issues. Found him at 3am once raking my leafless lawn to ward off earthquakes. Refused to go home.

Being a good ally doesn't just mean reflexively correcting perceived errors in a proscriptive manner. if you like his creativity here, I'd really recommend checking him out as a player on Aabria's magic school campaign if you haven't. He's a great dm and comedian too but I think he shines most when he's allowed to flesh out a story and play against other's personalities.

All improv, yeah! Brennan Lee Mulligan is a genius who drops beautiful poetry in between hilarious asides in Dimension 20 but Vic is also amazing, beautifully playing off all these performances and their wild choices with insane amounts of "Yes, and-"ing

Check out his College Humor CEO series. For this series, you should watch more but remember to start from the beginning. You’ll see each person get dressed up and come up with their character. If you are browsing through the shorts page, I recommend you watch the series of the woman in a green dress looking like a beauty pageant mermaid. You will understand why so many people reference “Vehicular” and the “elderly English man” in the comments.
