Rectal perforation is certainly possible if this is done incorrectly. And yes, it can be fatal. Maybe the risk is low, but it's there. Not to mention the risk of HIV or hepatitis from improper sterile technique, like not using a new speculum. Likewise, the risk of disease was present in his piercing video.

Honestly, I think people just like to be mean on Yelp reviews. This spa seems on par. The owner and tech seemed kind amd knowledgeable. For visual appeal, I would have moved the ramdom wood away from the front entry way...everything else NO PROBLEM!!!

I just love your videos, the editor brings out the best of you and you and the camera team got a real good connection.
