Thanks so much for this Alex and Victoria - so lovely to see Victoria’s sewing space ! But wow allergic to fabric - that’s a tough gig for a Quilter 🤭😕 thankfully for us Victoria is working through it 😊. Loving her use of the solid scraps - looks fabulous 😍😍

I love Victoria since I saw her in your show the first time and I have been lucky to buy some of her fabrics straight from her little shop in the apartment in New York. Keep safe and keep 🧵 🧵

Thanks Alex and Victoria. I had the pleasure to see Victoria's quilts at New York Empire Guild Meetings. My reaction was always awesome and how on earth did she quilt that large quilt.

Are you sure it’s fabric not batting? I can’t breathe through my nose after doing quilting. I can’t wait until I can square it up, cut off excess batting and sew the binding on. Sealed the quilt layers ✂️✂️✂️

So sorry to learn that Victoria is allergic to fabric too. I’ve been allergic to both cotton and wool for many years and do wear a mask especially when using the sewing machine. A really good antihistamine really helps.

When working at the J store years ago I found out that I have a life threatening allergy to burlap, so I understand -- so sorry for you. Burlap is easy enough to avoid, but all fabric. Yikes 😢

Hi, is it the resin that is on the fabric that you are allergic to? I am, so before I bring my fabric into my sewing area, I must wash it....good luck !!
