Im going to miss both Ray's. Little Ray seemed just the person Ryan needed after Bugs left and Big Ray was a great learner and so positive. I am hoping at some point next year they can come back!

I hope little ray comes back next season. He just puts his head down and works, zero complaints from him.

I've been watching this channel since the very beginning, and this was by FAR the best season in terms of work getting done without problems that I have seen. What a drastic difference from the days of the destroyer and junior. This group of guys all work together very well and both Rays were really good. Little Ray is definitely a pro and knows what he's doing. He should be running his own company or managing one for someone else. Big Ray came a long way. I can see though why he would look for something more permanent because with all those kids he's going to need health insurance and retirement benefits. Bravo boys. This was the best season yet. I'm sure Ryan is very proud of the work you guys did this season. God Bless you all!

Check in next season and if I need you I'll let you know. Ryan keeps close relations with his men trying to keep money flowing in there pockets to support there family's. And keeps in touch not only as a employer but one who understands, what it's like out in the world making ends meet. This also know ware he stands starting a new season.
