From those of us who never got to visit the House Of Cash, thank you so much for posting this!

I was lucky to visit the House of Cash with my parents in the 1970s when I was just a kid. One thing that I remember is how beautiful the place was and how the woman at the desk welcomed me. She gave me a personal tour and she was Johnny's mother. I still have the picture I took with her .It is a shame the House of Cash is no more as Johnny and June are legends. The funny part is everyone thought I was one of the Cash kids and started asking me for autographs as Johnny's Mom was so nice to me.

My daughter wrote Johnny a note after we returned to NC and low and behold he wrote her "in his had writing" a note back and signed it. I have the note in my special papers today. God Bless.

Drove by this building every day.Also past Johnny's house down from ours That southerners Stone fence was always in my memory of that house way afer we moved away.

Were those tomato plants staked up next to the driveway at 2:11? If so I guess that's why there was a guard shack. To keep folks from stealing their tomatoes!
