4 жыл бұрынGreat news! I recently passed my PhD comprehensive exam and am now officially a PhD candidate! It took a lot of work to reach this point so a big thank you to all those who supported me along the way.
I briefly go over what a PhD comprehensive is and what my experience was like for the exam. It is one of the milestones which need to be met prior to earning a doctorate degree. If you are interested in learning more about the process, feel free to comment below!

How many years to finished PhD degree for part-time and full-time student?

So that depends on the nature of the research but typically PhDs in stem can last anywhere between 4-6 years full time. If part time, it can last longer but can still be relatively short period if you’re efficient in your work and if the project is related to your full time work.
