He does this by showing you how to position the body in offensive play, how to move the shoulders when striking the ball with your hand and more volleyball techniques to improve your overall offensive game. This video tutorial shows you these techniques and attack movements so you can know how to practice them properly. The exercises in these tutorials should be repeated over and over so you can get your volleyball attack game down properly.

i also love how they spam every volleyball video in the comments and i give up after 10 mintes to find a informational comment. Like yeah i get it, Haikyuu is a good anime and some things are correct but its an anime...tf. its getting really annoying at this point for me because now i am loosing interest in volleyball even tho i am playing it for 7 years because all i see is Haikyuu

@@pyro4508 Yeah I really like that too. many people took interest in volleyball but sometimes the jokes get a bit out of hand. But a lot of fans dont play volleyball and act all frenzied over a spike, block or receive (If that makes sense) But I dont like reading articles on volleyball because idk it's not the same as listening to someone talk about improvement.

I think it's important to lower your arms after each hit in order to practice raising them accurately as the ball comes back towards you at a different angle. You have enough time. Also, swing your arm all the way. Don't stop as soon as you hit the ball.

Wait for the ball to start falling, or when it reaches its highest point. Run up to the ball at that time.

@@gabcandolesa6019 yeah, I was talking about a high ball set. Depends on the set though. The one that in my country we call "max" is more of a straight set, and there you can take the 3 step approach once the setter touches the ball.

Making a video about that would be pointless. Anyone can tell you the best foot placement or how to spike but can't tell you how to time a spike. It comes with experience. Just keep practicing you'll pick it up eventually. just saying I wouldn't waste time watching videos on timing a spike.

To help kids with the timing, we do exercises with just the jump and they don't hit the ball, they just catch it at the highest point. They have to adjust the jump to catch the ball at its higher point. This way they know when to jump and they will apply it agterwards when finally hitting the ball. By the way this video is from a Spanish trainer, don't know if he knows he is being used in this site...
