Vostok is a Russian watch manufacturer which has designed watches packed with features at a very affordable price with a goal to watch on every wrist. Amphibia is their divers watch range which is most popular amongst the different models offered by Vostok. The specific model I am reviewing is Amphibia 420059 Scuba Dude. This watch comes with 200 M water resistance (20 BAR) and powered by made in Russia 2416B automatic 31 jewels movement with manual winding capability, date complication, 31 hours power reserve and no second hand hacking feature.
"The case is made like a tank' is what you would hear from any watch collectors when it comes to describe Vostok Amphibia - it really is. Having said so you should not expect the level of finishing Japanese or Swiss watches would offer - after all you are getting equivalent features of Swiss and Japanese watches at a far lower price - so you need to have realistic expectation if you decide to own one Vostok. But in terms of durability and serving the purpose, this watch will not disappoint you - I mean a divers watch is made for deep sea diving and Amphibia qualifies with distinction there with screw down crown and 200M water resistance.

Amazon.com link: The best option is to officially and legally import through Amazon global website. You need to submit your KYC document and pay import duty (usually 40 - 50% of the watch value) along with delivery fee. Usually the Scuba Dude model is sold in US at $100 and $15 delivery fee for India. As Vostok watches are sold by Vostok Traders, they will not collect upfront import duty and you will get an email when your watch reaches the custom's desk and you will be asked to submit KYC and the fee. Once you submit everything required (you can do everything online and its a hassle free process) - your watch will arrive. Please remember that all Vostok watches are shipped from Russia directly and due the ongoing War situation, there are very less number of couriers are operating from Russia - so you need to wait for at least 3 to 4 weeks after ordering to get the delivery. But its worth waiting as you will get the watch after all fees at half the price at which the watch is being sold in India.
