Vulkan is a deeply grimdark character. For all of his compassion, he sets people and occasionally worlds on fire all the time. People talk about him like he is mother theresea but he is more like an inverted Perturabo. More expressive, forgiving and overall likable but he is by no means more stable than that guy. Ferrus Manus was worried about him, when they first met. He called him a destroyer. Which is a harsh thing to say from artisan to artisan. And that was before Curze got his hands on him.

Plus, Konrad hated Vulk and constantly tried to reduce him to his level, even torturing him trying to break him, I can’t see him as what your saying here. 😅

Eh she shouldnt have been alive while also being Eldar. Qualifying her immediately for the Emperors Mercy if she so much as breathed wrong. In this case, children surviving a chaotic brawl while not looking remorseful requires death. Thats fine with the eclesiarchy.

Had the child merely looked scared or sad, Vulkan might, MIGHT have spared it. The other qualifiers, Pointy Ears notwithstanding, were what did it in.
