If you get rid of the tensioner you will need a 6PK842SF
If you leave the tensioner on then you will need either 6PK905 or 6PK910
MAYBE CAN ALSO DO IT WITH A 6PK915
BUT RECOMMEND 6PK905 OR 6PK910

Just done this to my Caddy as the air con pump pulley self destructed.. bit of a fiddle but at least the dreadful noise has gone! I didn't bother taking the aircon pulley off tho as lots of clearance to the belt.

Hey Raul. Thank you for this! I have a 2009 Audi A3 2.0T and the ac compressor seized and ripped my belt. I don’t need the AC really, so I’ll just use a shorter belt and take off the AC pulley. I’m gonna leave the tensioner on, but I went to my local shop and they didn’t have the 905mm diameter. Next closest they have is a 922mm. Would that still work?

@@TEAMR4ULTV okay, the belt I was able to get was a duralast 358k6, which is 35.8in which is about 909mm. I think you mentioned 910 would work in the video, so this one should work.

@@TEAMR4ULTV I hope you don’t mind me bugging you, but how exactly did you take off the clutch/pulley? I can’t seem to remove it and I’ve bought a couple 20mm 3pin hubnuts and a clutch holder and none of them fit the 3 holes on the clutch plate.

I tried this yesterday on a VW Golf 1.6tdi with a 6PK905 belt. I put the belt on the tensioner and alternator and then couldn't slip the belt onto the crankshaft pulley. Belt seemed 10-15mm short. I will try putting the belt onto both pulleys first and tensioner last to see if that works.

@@TEAMR4ULTV I ended up just removing the clutch from the pulley in my case, This separates the compressor shaft from the pulley and since I had noise coming from inside the compressor, this was sufficient.

Same here it needs to be the 915 belt or 910 the 905 dont work at all. Golf 1.6tdi 2011
