@@jerryneyland5905 Yea, you're right by investing your money regularly, you may be able to increase it many times over with time. That's why it's important to begin investing as early as possible and as soon as you have some money saved for that purpose. Furthermore, the stock market is a good place to start.

@@viktor1444 Right, I've been in touch with a notable financial analyst “ANGELA NADYA JONES ” with great track records since the economic meltdown, these days it's easy to buy into trending stocks but the task is determining when to buy and sell* I've been able to scale from $50,000 to $100,000 since April because my FA figured out defensive strategies to protect my portfolio and profit from this roller coaster market✌

A lot of investors have restrained from the market because of the volatile and sudden crash in the market. But I’ve learnt to understand that trading is quite different from just hodling. There are short sell for bearish and long sell for bullish

For the chair lifts, some of them have a safety feature to prevent it being used improperly, so you may need to actually sit in it first, then try to activate it to see if it's working or not.

FYI, the wardrobe cabinet wasn’t “built in”. It is the same as all the others. They just put it onto the corner and added the counter piece up against it.

You might not have to replace the window frame, just the glass sealed unit.

We are currently looking to buy/install a stair lift in our home (US). A standard 13 stair straight lift runs anywhere between US$3-4k, so if those are functional I would expect you could sell them for >US$1k

Why would you buy in a flood risk area. It is a very high risk you can lose a lot of money & flooding does not have to be that bad to do damage. Good Luck. Crown molding, stairs & fireplace are beautiful. Good Luck.

Flood, hurricane, tornadoes, earthquakes, volcanoes.. that's why you buy insurance.

Definitely try to sell any furniture or appliances you don't keep. The light fixtures in the rooms look less than 10 years old and in good shape. Some of the HOA requirements seem to be done for you in the previous use.
