How stable does it hold the temperature and humidity?

Great. The humidifier kicks on when needed. It is typically a couple degrees cooler than the lounge itself.

Great space. What are your thoughts on door seal? For a room with a frameless glass door, there will be a small gap around the door (ie: no complete seal). Humidor rooms do need periodic exchange of fresh air, so could a frameless glass door be a good thing? Or do you think a proper sealed door is better?

Well I only have experience with my set up which uses the sealed door. My concern was that I didn't want too much humidity escaping, or the humidifier running non-stop to keep up. I do have one vent for the room with no return so it maintains positive air pressure. My thoughts are that the air exchanges occur every time I get a new cigar, which is probably 5 or 6 times daily minimum, lol. I've had it operating this way for over a year and its been fantastic. I'm not saying an unsealed door won't work, I just don't have experience with that. The ones at my brick and mortars all have pretty tight seals as well so that's how I went.

Brother, this is incredible. Going to build one walk-in at my place soon, one question: How is that humidifier working out for you? After some time, have you find the humidity to be pretty much around your desired values, or have you found sometimes it's too high or has gotten a bit of condensation on the surfaces near the humidity hose? Would love your feedback on these, as I am planning which unit should I look for. Thanks!

Thanks. Overall its been good. When we lost power for a couple days this winter I did get condensation on the floor. It is a concrete slab so it took about a week for everything to warm back up and it went away. I just mopped it with a towel. So only in extreme temperature changes has it ever been an issue.

How do you use tap water in the humidifier? Have any recommendations for temperature control? Mine is above my garage in the man cave. I don’t plan keeping at 70 degrees all the time. Too big of a room for that. I want to do a walk in humidor but not sure how to keep at the temp.

I have a reverse osmosis system (filtered water) that feeds the humidifier so I don't use straight tap water. I personally wouldn't make a walk in or have any humidor that isn't temp controlled. Even a desktop sitting in a temp controlled room would be better than cigars getting too out of temp/humidity. I'm in Texas so it would be a nightmare.
