This one is my fav! Music is everything, and I love all of your music. I ordered a long sleeved t shirt. No matter how much a person exercises, when you get to be a very senior citizen the arms dont cooperate. 😁

I just found this video and I was able to follow quite well, I even surprised myself! I just turned 70, and I think I am in better shape than when I was 50, although I have osteoporosis. BUT, I will keep going, and I love the video. Paula, at the end, I am not allowed to do any vertebral rounding so I would love to have something else to bring the HR down. Thank you so much for sharing this great music and I have a smile on my face the entire 40 minutes. I think it is the only time during the day when I smile so much! It would be lovely to connect with some other women here. I live on the east coast of the US.

I discovered this one today-1/5/2022. Very good workout, as usual, and I appreciated the work with hand weights. I can’t believe this one has been up since April 7, 2021. I’d been going to the gym quite regularly until recent weeks; the pandemic surge, even for those wearing masks, has been scary, so I decided to stay home for a while.

Hello Paula! I am from the Philippines and I am a diabetic for 15 years. As I need exercise to maintain a normal blood sugar level, I chanced upon your site and tried to follow it. Love this, love the music. I’m 70+ years old and I've been exercising since early in the year, so I was able to keep up. This was just under 4,000 steps for me. I try to do this video 6 days a week...3 days with weights (on my arms days) and the other 3 days without weights. I never get bored. Thank you for your Walk N Groove videos.

I am almost 63 years old and I try to keep up with you. I do pretty well. Im still learning all of your steps. I wish I was better at the dance workouts but its coming. I haven't quite danced as long as you. haha but I expect myself to do it. Love your workouts. I think its giving me more confidence in myself and helping with balance and strenghth training.

Fun workout! Diana Ross is a good singer and great performer,, but what a diva, having to be addressed as Miss Ross and not allowing people to look her in the eyes...one to one...hopefully the audience is allowed to look at her and not wear blindfolds!
