Don't know if that's a real question, but just in case, this not specifically a krieg whistle, in the first world war whistles like that were used to signal your troops to start a charge, so it is obviously used by the krieg since they are based on ww1, but in warhammer or other settings whistles like that are used to signal very much the same, basically a rule of cool thing, because it just adds to the ambience and well ... is cool
