Integrated in my warm up procedure 👍 ...but still strugglling with the jumps in the end

Try just driving the hips up into a high kneeling position without the jump for a while, that may help to learn the hip drive that is required for that movement

Hello Sir I am from India Kerala I am doing shorin ryu Karate for 4yrs and currently I am brown 5th belt,I am not able to do much kicks sir I am week at my mawashe geri Yoko geri ushirogeri iam very much week at those kicks and little kids and younger guys in my dojo doing awesome kicks I am doing flexibility exercises but it's not improving my master told me to practice but I don't know why I am not improving I am hardworking for this also now I have some injury in hamstring like some strain could u plz help me to get over this could you tell me some flexibility routine to improve my kicks☺️☺️

It might be strength that you need, keep on working on flexibility but also try working on the strength of your abductors, glutes, quads and hamstrings as well as the abdomen and lower back, This may help to improve your kicking.

John idk what to do for the for over a year now I’ve been wanting to do shotokan karate with a teacher at my school who’s a Sensei of shotokan karate but she won’t let me she’s worried that I’ll be injured I’m 16 and had eye surgery when I was 3 so she wants to protect me I bought the karate do book and he’s helped me gained knowledge but I wanna learn before I graduate high school I’m in the 11th grade what do I do
