I fasted & I still got desire to do & if you say it's shaitan no it was last 10 days of Ramadan & what's the case here. Absolutely to keep yourself from committing any sin to control urge instead of making sin with that , It is permissible in such cases as well as masturbation is not as same as intercourse or your private parts is getting visible to anyone (the term protect your private parts refers to keep it chaste & secret) so it's yours & not going to be with anyone , So prophet didn't openly prohibited to not emit the fluid , So it's very clear according to these that it's not Haram rather it falls under Makruh as well as according to Dr.Zakir Naik and with clear information provided.

Zina or masturbation? I prefer to go with masturbation because I'm unmarried and it's too big sin to have done zina for unmarried boys and girls. So it's better to do masturbation rather than commint to big sin for unmarried peoples.
