I may have arrived because of Miraculous, but stayed because of you! I enjoy your personality, opinions, and eloquence, no matter the topic. I know currently there's few of us that are willing to stay without the Miraculous content (except BBF), and I understand how your channel will basically have to start over from now. As a small youtuber, I totally get it. My first true hit after our transition from Shorts to longer content was an episode trashing an episode of The Proud Family revival for being awful. It brought in more views than stuff prior though I didn't stay down that path too long and eventually surpassed it. There's always a way. Granted, I still have a long way to go from where I am.

I've seen this with several KZfaqrs I follow; I got into them because they talked about stuff I liked (Disney, ATLA, etc.)--only to find it wasn't their "normal" topic. As such, I'm a seasonal subscriber (I stay subscribed, but only ocassionally watch the content), though in all fairness, I don't want a YT to make content they don't like, even if that means I may not be interested.

Even though I am disappointed that the Miraculous reviews will stop, I do get your point, and I will be staying. And I’m happy that you will do new videos. I’m also happy that you will continue Bonds Beyond Fate. And as someone who is planning to become an animator and writer in the animation industry, I really do want to post some of my designs to get some feedback, but I don’t know how to start. But anyway, I hope that your channel will get more attention and I hope that you’re enjoying your day.

I feel this, the algorithm hates me, it doesn't help that my uploads are inconsistent due to ADHD. Because the algorithm doesn't like me my original stories don't get much, if any views and engagement is low. Sure, I don't care too much about the view, comments and likes. But man do they help with motivation

"We learn more from our failures than from our successes" isn't a saying for nothing..... and while learning from others' mistakes may sound like the easier option, lessons often don't stick around that way..... but we are only human, making mistakes and learning from them belong to us like day and night to each other..... 🍪 I would also like to add that the advice from this video isn't limited to to just KZfaq. I too fell into this "trap" with my fanart. A few years ago, I had a period in which I EXCLUSIVELY drew Equestria Girls content, specifically a rare ship. Since there wasn't many people at the time who drew said ship, a lot of its fans started following me for that. And while I *did* enjoy drawing them and was obsessed with EqG for a long while, my interest eventually diminished and I started getting more into other shows and movies. That kind of content never got the same attention, and to this day, I still have many people who only seem to notice I exist whenever I post EqG content, some have even outright said it to me. 😓 So I can totally relate to having to rebuild oneself from the ground up when you try to cover different topics than the one you became known for, and start pursuing others that you enjoy more. It's a process that requires a lot of patience, but I'm sure we'll eventually get there! And to every artist, writer, cosplayer, or anyone with a creative passion out there: never forget to try new things and don't put yourself in a box! It's honestly for the best.

I can sympathize with you by falling into a trap for one topic relating to a series not too many people have seen. I once made a video for a drawing, but I never thought of it as a career, only for fun. I hope you’ll rebuild your channel by taking a while break from MLP, I’ll still be around for Miraculous Rewrite when it tells me that it is uploaded. I mean, you are doing a good job reviewing other series without the mentions of Miraculous so far, so I hope there is more of it.

Yeah I found you because of MLB but that’s only because I get angry about the show. I don’t enjoy getting angry with the things I want to like. I love when you go off of MLB. Avatar is a big one that I loved hearing you talk about. You could even bring up stuff about MLP gen four as it’s getting a lot of traction due to some very creepy stories that are very interesting to some degree 😅 but all in all just do what you enjoy. Sure not everyone may stay because you aren’t just talking about MLB but I wanna see what you do and to be honest, I am kinda bored of the MLB videos. I'll be honest, despite KZfaq constantly recommending your videos, I've been pretty much ignoring them, as I've never shown any interest in Miraculous Ladybug, either (I'm still not sure why KZfaq kept trying to push that on me). This is the first video I've actually been compelled to watch. Especially since I have future plans of posting a few passion projects once they're ready (I don't have any plans of making it a career; just want to plant a few seeds in one of the fandoms I'm in). I just found your channel just now and I wish I got this advice sooner. I have seen other content creators sticking to one thing, for example making one content about a fandom they adore, and when they lost interest, they try to post something new. Of course, people who only watch that type of content won't likely watch the new content they put effort into and just walk away. I always have struggled into doing different content, like OC content for example, but it gets less views than the content I usually post about. It's really frustrating and scary to think what might happen if I just stop making content of that fandom and do something else for a change. This video would have gave me warning and organized the content I am making. I do hope this video help new content creators for stating the content they wish to make. ❤

My best friend and I have started our own KZfaq channel not too long ago, and the main things I've put up so far are me narrating the original Thomas the Tank Engine books. While I do really love Thomas, and I still have plenty more books to narrate, I don't want to limit myself. I have many different books, movies, and shows I want to talk about, so this video was a helpful reminder to vary my content. While I did get into your channel from your appearance on one of Cyrus the Great's Miraculous videos, I was always more drawn to the other topics you discussed such as MLP, Danganronpa, and Disney. Like you, I was never big on Miraculous Ladybug. I still watched your videos on them, but I'm not going to be disappointed that there won't be any more. As I said, I really enjoy most of your content, and I will still continue to watch whatever you put out. I am not leaving any time soon. Best of luck with building up the channel again. To be completely honest, I think the first video I watched of yours was a miraculous one, but this video, honestly is what makes me stay, because it’s real, and it’s something that I also want to avoid falling into. (To become a part time creator.) I wouldve left forever ago if that were the case! You are my favorite youtuber EVER!! I loved your video about Starlight Glimmer and your prom experience (just to name a few) and your channel feels like a safe haven for me. It sometimes feels like youre the only Christian content creator who isnt 1) in your face about it and 2) unafraid to talk about it. I aspire to be like you in so many ways. I may not watch all your videos, but its mostly because i havent watched those shows. But regardless, about 50% of your content that ISNT miraculous lb still appeals to me, and your tri (quad?)weekly posts are such an encouragement. Even this video has encouraged me, because Ive just begun to dip my toe into the pool of this predicament. I wanted to post edit videos of shows i liked, and i had figured theyd only get a handful of views, but one video got a ton of views and i was starting to worry if posting anything that wasnt related would be dangerous. i admire you so much. i've been subscribed for a while now, and i admit i only knew your channel through miraculous, but it gave me the opportunity to see the great creator you are. i even have notifications turned on so i can see your vids as soon as possible. i understand deeply the feeling you have about your channel right now. i was really active on the miraculous fanbase in 2021-2022 as an illustrator, and in my case i really love miraculous, and it gave me a considerable amount of followers that made me really happy, but as soon as i posted unrelated art it completely flopped. it took all my motivation away and i started thinking i wasn't good enough for me and my art, but rather only the fanbase and its current hype at the time. so i dropped posting completely, and i stopped drawing as well. some other stuff happened that i suddenly got a lot less time to draw but even so i felt like losing my passion and focused on other hobbies, like 3d modeling (that incredibly was also related to miraculous and happened the exact same as before - i got followers for my miraculous 3d models and nothing more). for that i got really burnt out. and with season 5 being a total load of crap i completely lost my passion for miraculous and my will to continue on this fanbase. even though i know some amazing artists on the fanbase i just feel i can't anymore. i still love the idea of miraculous but remembering the latest season makes me ill, and i don't plan to come back making miraculous 3d models anytime soon. as for drawing, i'm trying to crawl my way back but as i said it flops real bad when it's unrelated to miraculous and it will take a while to rebuild my image as an artist, but i'm hoping to make it work somehow. i wish you all of luck and that you get a channel with an audience that you love and deserve! you're completely right, follow your heart and your passion and be true to yourself

I did indeed find you foem mlb content but i grew to your other videos not only because of your topic but your personality too i live magical girl shows like mlp or transformation shows like mlb i do appropriate the tips i wanna be a animation channel on one side but also a gaming channel so ill make sure to do various things on there i wish you luck in this journey and happy to be along with it

I fell into a trap similar to this... I used to make *almost* exclusively videos about a show I loved back then, Numberblocks, which at the time was good because I loved making them, however, my love for the cartoon inevitably died out... but nobody noticed for the longest time because I kept making the Numberblocks videos even when I didn't care anymore, and it got boring. I did it purely because that's what my subscribers expected of me, and I didn't want to "disappoint". I remember making a silly SxF video but it underperformed terribly, so I privated it but it was really sad because I reallly loved spyxfamily (I still do), it was things like that deterred me from changing my content to something I actually wanted to make. I gradually made numberblocks videos less and less over the course of like a year or so, and finally stopped making them around 7 months ago, though 4 months ago I posted video loosely related to Numberblocks I made multiple months prior. And when I stopped and started making more videos about stuff I actually care about, it got more fun, but I noticed I did indeed "disappoint" my viewers. More and more I was getting questions about when my next numberblocks video would come out... and I felt guilty so I told them I had some ideas that I could make numberblocks videos of. I wasn't lying, but I never ended up making those videos because I just didn't want to and it would be draining to make videos out of something I didn't care about. I also posted a trailer for a short starring my original characters I was working on but it performed horribly. It drained all the motivation I had (the animation is postponed at the moment as I'm taking a large break, i plan to start working on it again in August, but who knows, it might be cancelled). It was really disheartening to see this animation (I had poured a week into already) get outperformed by a dumb edit of the numberblocks intro I made a year and a half prior (I probably spent 5 minutes making that one). So now I want to make way more videos with varying characters and especially my own characters, and not be afraid to stop making videos on a certain topic when I loose passion for it, I don't wanna get burnt out. Because If I had made more videos on other cartoons I liked I wouldn't have been as hesitant to stop with the numberblocks content. Plus, I wanna be known for ME, not the shows I like. Hey, it will be okay, I know you are doing great. Pretty sure when I subscribed was when you talked about the Live action Little Mermaid. And then there were more stuff, like you like Netflix live action Avatar (strange to me but it is acknowledged that everyone doesn't hate it), your prom experience which I can relate, and that whole falling in love video is a nice thing to watch. As a Disney fan, I know how it can be hurtful when people look at me as only that (or if on Instagram and the only thing that is popular is the Broppy fan art; another long story), especially since Disney is going in a different way that I can't follow. Plus it is hard trying to figure out how else to make a channel popular. I been watching the MLP analysis and my favorite is Firebrand, and he just made a new video of Disney Bluey and he and wife stated they missed MLP too. Hopefully there will be topics that can help you and even MLP analysis to thrive. A side note: I been watching Tuttle Twins (best lessons in history ever), and I just seen one of subsidies. "When subsidies are there, markets aren't fair."

I fell into this trap as an artist- got into the sonic fandom as a teen and now that I'm an adult and want to move on to making original webtoons, I've lost all interest from my following and have to build from the ground up. Just know that me and my sisters love your channel and we've grown to hate MLB so we fully support you moving on from that content

to be honest i love your mlb revieves but i find nearly all of the film that i find on your chanel interesting just as much- like the awsome movie revievs, your nice and smart words, your book or just your own expeririennces. you are a really talented person from what i can see from outside here, and i belive its not only artisticly

You probably don't remember me too much but I'm glad you're making the decision not to make too much of one thing. When i first discovered your channel i was looking forward to your other content and was sad when those videos didn't do well. So I'm glad and relieved your making the decision now, sure it won't get you alot of views but it will make you and your long time audience happy

I still stay for most channels I don’t fully watch anymore since I grown to like them as a person. I still watch some of the mlp reviewers (lightning bliss being one of them, but there is more) just not all of them because I want to see how they are doing but sometimes don’t always vibe with the videos. Game Theory is great example: even though I like game I’m not fully looking into every game. But since they are big it doesn’t always affect them. As a small channel it’s going to be hard to get up there so I have faith in you.

I can completely relate to your situation as an 11 year old channel that's stuck in the niche of Beyblade while not being able to grow like even newer channels have been able to. Every attempt of mine to do anything outside of Beyblade has lead to lower views than normal and even doing some videos on older beyblades get lower views too. I hope you'll be able to successfully become the type of channel you want to be and be happy with the new direction your channel is in. Doing what makes you happy in life is the best way to live life. KZfaq's algorithm tries to stick people into categories so whenever you leave your niche, it's like you're getting punished for it. The best advice I can give is to slowly start sprinkling in the non Miraculous videos with the ones you're still making so that KZfaq can see that your videos are more than just Miraculous. I wish you the best of luck going forward with rebranding your channel. Keep doing your best and you'll see results even if it takes time

I’ve always wanted to be a youtuber of all types of content. There’s so many hobbies that I have and I doubt I could fit them all into one channel, so I’m going to have multiple channels split into their own niches so each could have an audience of their own. I am happy that even if you are no longer covering Miraculous, you're still going to continue Bonds Beyond Fate. I've just started watching it, and I've really enjoyed the ideas you've had so far. I can't wait to see where it goes. I've been wanting to do a rewrite of another cartoon for a while, one that I think also had great potential but disappointing execution (in my opinion). Might I suggest that you consider discussing films/tv shows that you had liked since you were a Child, Duck Tales, Power Puff Girls, Invader Zim, Power Rangers, TMNT, or old DC, Marvel, Fox Studio, Fox Kids, DreamWorks, MGM, Sky, Regency Enterprises, Sony, Pixar, Nickelodeon, or Disney films perhaps? I came back to finish watching this (because I haven't at first) and I can relate. My MLP animations blew up yet my other animations didn't. I fell into the same trap. The algorithm sucks! I have to search up your channel just to see your other videos. KZfaq should fix that. But hey, we can start over again. But hey, we can start over again! And don't worry, I watch your videos not only they're about Miraculous. I like your personality as well! Your drawings and rewrites of stuff entertain me. 💖💖

Honestly it's for the best trust me I've seen plenty of small KZfaqrs fall down that trap and be too scared to get out of it hell in so cases such as with "The Professional" people actively gave him his hell for changing his content but he did it took time and he did take a hit but look at him today he's got far more subscribers and a far better and more healthy community

This sounds similar to what happened to TheProfessional where his fans only liked Gta content. Lucky he like KZfaq despite views, but it still is great to see people warning against this trap.
