The Warrior poses are traditional yoga poses and often found in vinyasa yoga flows. Although these poses are extremely popular they can be very challenging and even leave you sore, so it's important to do gentle stretches afterwards. These poses strengthen your whole body but especially your legs and glutes.
In this 33 min Vinyasa class we'll seamlessly link the Warrior poses together. We'll start slow and easy and speed it up. This Warrior Yoga Flow will wake up all your muscles and help you to build strength. This is a class you can come back to regularly. Even if it's challenging now, after a few tries you'll notice it getting easier 😚
Your breath is what links your movements together so always stay connected to your breath. I'll be guiding your breath all through this practice so do don't forget to inhale on one pose and exhale on the next one 😊
