Where is the link to rover v8’s mentioned? I need to do it soon.. also I cannot see a link in your webshop to the ‘NODIZ PRO 8’ mentioned in the video, regards

Since coils fire off signal wire, 6 volts?, Can you wire up 4 separate coils, COP style, on top plug, waste spark style and get more voltage on 4 cylinder engine instead of 1 or 2 coils? Also, firing order on most computer controlled non distributor engines nowdays is 1 2 3 4, in a row regardless of number of pistons and configuration of block. Could you do a video explaining the Science of the V explaining why blocks are 90° 60 ° , 72° as in the LFA? Great Job!

have a question, what is the purpose of a waste spark? No point?

Could be for emissions, when second spark fires on exhaust. I believe the LT1 Corvette engine was waste spark, mounted on front of engine. Driven by camshaft.

Or driven by crank? Didn't work well since was exposed to rain, element's.

In guess it only has a cost benefit. You only need half of the coils compared to the cylinder count of the engine and the control of the coils becomes simplier: Instead of controlling the spark of every cylinder you simply control 2 cylinder at once. I dont think that there is any technical reason. Thats why it's called >wasted< spark.
