VHS was the work of the devil. I'm sure god intended for Laserdisc to be the way. He f*cked up the getting off the sofa and flipping the disc in the middle of the film part though.

I ain't subservient to no god, but I do gotta keep it 100 with you, watchin' old 90s stuff on a CRT, especially if the DVD itself was pressed in the 90s, feels very right. Got an old copy of Ghost in the Shell which the wife and I watched on a cool Toshiba CRT with a DVD player via component, it was rad.

Original broadcast was higher resolution than your VHS tape, which should never be recommended. It was affordable, but not what God intended, unless he hates us!
