Here we go: take 2. I actually filmed this demonstration yesterday, but could not for the life of me why it wouldn’t load in iMovie...... I tried all ways, but it still wouldn’t happen.
I gave up for a while, then realised that the massive file size( which is why it refused to do anything) was because I’d accidentally filmed it in slow motion 🤦🏼‍♂️ I explain a bit more in my commentary.
The topic is from a list of suggestions I compiled from many ideas that you were kind enough to send me, so thank you. It’s a demonstration of the way I use a wet-in-wet technique to achieve random colour blends over the ink drawing.
Hope you enjoy it.

I was stupified with admiration watching this, like someone else said, it was magical! I'm trying to start drawing with pen & ink am unemployed now due to being so depressed i cant really function. But your voice was very soothing and your talent inspiring. Im a perfectionist which makes me abandon hobbies with speed but am going to keep trying to draw. You're amazing, thanks for sharing your skills 😊

Super! I often see your work and wonder what sorcery happens to create it. So it's wonderful (and very instructive) to see the way you make it happen. Love watching the way your own never leaves the page and almost seems to draw by itself! Thanks for uploading yet another fab video!

Why do the lines in black? Wouldn't sepia blend better with the wall?

Hi John. How would you show the wall when it has a lot of lichen coverage. The green colour depends on the surroundings and the light. Looks great in the snow

Thanks Gary...I have used sepia on the past, but I do prefer the crispness of a nice fine black line... John
