Counterpoint on the college campus claim. 1. It's clownishly overblown. 2. Most of these instances are at PRIVATE institutions. If someone is paying to have access to PRIVATE property than it's their right to dismiss someone else who isn't a PAYING CUSTOMER coming onto said PRIVATE property. Let the market decide, amirite?
@fightsports66
@fightsports66 4 жыл бұрын
First it is not just private institutions doing this. Michigan, Michigan State, Virginia Tech, Ohio State, Ball State, Arizona State, U of Texas at Austin, Central Oklahoma, Oregon State and every single school in the U of California system have disinvited speakers. The website fire.org keeps a database of instances where speakers have been disinvited or barred from speaking at college campuses. Second students have no legal authority to bar someone from a campus.

Exactly. Same in most if not all West/Westernized (US, EU, Japan, etc.). Non-living wages, "austerity", no income==young adults in fiscal "waithood" - no prospects==no marriage, no kids. UN's Migration Institute Policy says migration as "replacement population" (crass but yes, that is literally the term they're using). Blowback, as importing cheap labor just makes "earning a living" all the harder.

@Mark: Did i understand you correct, did you calculate the fatality rate (death) based on the population of this planet? This would need to be based on the assumption that the whole earth population would be infected, no matter of age, basic health conditions, health system in the country the people life in, provisions and so on. So, how much sense does it make to throw such a number in the room? It's just a thought. You all have a great day

Great video. Fresh thinking, YUM. Politics , here's one: Dem candidates: There is no greater goal than the defeat of Donald Trump. He's a danger to the Republic. Dem candidates: lets talk about the nuances of education reform, justice department reforms, economic reforms - there's sure a whole heap of reforming going on. see the problem? How much good will all that heap of reform ideas do you if Trump wins? No good at all. So why are Dems spending this special period of weeks * talking about policy ideas when the Russians and RNC are active already on Trump campaign (his five thirty eight poll of polls, job approval went UP this month, the gap approval minus narrowed from 12 to 9.8 - after all that happened in that month? really???) Why is the USA STILL ASLEEP? anyone?

Ahem! the protests in India were regarding a Citizenship Amendment Bill - which tries to fast-track citizenship for minorities persecuted in neighbouring (read islamic) countries. It is NOT about deciding who is a citizen or not. Muslims/any other from neighbouring countries or elsewhere can still get citizenship the usual way. Previous Govt's (So called Left-Liberal) also did this going back decades. Edit: A vehement dislike for talking so frivolously about it.
