Having places to go out in public where you can have no worries of exclusion is so important for families like ours. Yes, we will try new places and activities without knowing how accommodating they are, but it is so nice when we don't have to think about that and we can just be.

I'm a teenager but I wish I could go to that museum, why do they have to make all the fun stuff for smaller kids?

I am also a teenager who has autism and i understand what u are saying. But there are places that suit older and younger peoples needs. I recently went to a sensory room, that was actually for teens! But its different in all places!

I actually was JUST thinking about going to the Carnegie Science Center for my birthday... I'm turning 41 😂 absolutely love it there! AND umm.. I was taught to put the onions in your socks at night but I guess eatin em helps too 🤮🤣

So happy you all had a great time. It looked like a lot of fun . Way to go Braylee. My dad would eat white onions like they were candy. He would eat the whole thing. He did that all the time.

That museum was awesome, so much fun for Braylee. It was great to know, like you said, that you can go and just enjoy yourselves. I'm sorry about the sickness, I sure hope the red onion did the trick for you. I know they are good for you but i will just stick with my vitamin C regimen that I believe works very well for my immune system.
