Welcome to another week in the life! We had another busy week this week. We ran lots of errands, cooked together quite a bit, and Jess had some pool days.

When I was single and ate meat, I’d buy the Stouffer's Family Size Frozen Lasagna with Meat & Sauce and eat on it all week. You can get the 57 oz. one at Walmart or Target (serves 7) or the 96 oz. at Sam’s (serves 12), both for under $15. With a box or two of Texas Toast, you could have a meal for 7-12 for just over $20! Not sure how much all your ingredients were, but it’s so much faster! 😅 And they’re really tasty. 🍽️

I (reluctantly!) just finished the bideo…I tried to stretch it as long as possible. The cheesecake looked super divine! Bravo! Jessica was smart to tell y’all she didn’t want to say something on the camera; glad she’s advocating for herself like that. The antique shop looked so neat! Okay, well, I really enjoyed the whole video. I hope they’ll be more soon! 💞

Add eggs to ricotta cheese and it is easier….not so hard to spread.

Next time u make pancakes and it calls for water or milk, switch that with 7up or sprite, etc and you will be amazed as too how fluffy they get!

Loved this whole week. All the food looked so delicious. Val, that cheesecake & lasagna looked professionally made. Those two are my favorite things to eat! Made my heart happy. Jessica looked to really be enjoying her pool. Thanks for sharing your week!
