Movement is crucial to preserve the strength and suppleness of tissues. The biochemical changes associated with movement are anti-inflammatory and moderate our pain experience. Movement is a MUST.

Slow and gentle movement is often key. Qigong I found can be helpful. Of course confirm with your physician what movements you are approved to do!

What do u mean my Somatic movements ? So hard to get the movement thing right when u get pain and fatigue? Often not fully til next day. Such a tough juggling act.
