All good stuff! I wish you every success in getting the farm shop up and running as planned! As far as your horsebox goes, I don't think you are fully legal in terms of lighting. To be fully compliant, you will need red triangular reflectors and possibly fog lamp(s) also. You also need reversing lamps and I presume that the white reflector looking lights above the tail lamps are reversing lamps. I couldn't tell from the video, but you will possibly need white marker lamps at the front of the horsebox also (if you have them fitted, then all well and good) depending on its overall width.
