Hi from Annie you looked great in all those clothes Linda and the figure is lovely too we are the same age and I am fairly over weight but if I had a figure like yours would wear these outfits gladly, the do have that retro feel with memories we have of those days makes it even more fun to wear. I like to wear scarves and bangles and necklaces rings too it is good to have a variety of hand bags, as they can give a different look to the outfit. I am not much on hats will wear them at times.Liked your selection of books too merging the mind and the garden it sounds very therapeutic.. I found a good book at the library called, "The Wicthes guide to Wellness" by Krystle Jordan. It uses things from nature as cures for various conditions. Hope to see more thrifting I have most of my clothes from op shops and they are almost new best way to go saving so much money too. Cheers.

Leah, you rocked it out of the park by choosing these pieces for both of you to style. I'm Linda's age and I just LOVED this video. You showed us there is more than one to wear ( and wear with confidence) different pieces. When Leah wore the checkered dress with the Rhoda Morganstern scarf - all it needs is a pair of Jackie O black sunglasses. Thank you 'Team Linda' for this fun video. PS: I would have passed on the blue jean skirt at the store - but 'Wow' - I would have been sorry.

The thrift haul was 100% worth it. You both did well putting your outfits together, and I loved them all. I went to garage sales today and got a Johnny Was embroidered tunic for $1.00.

All the pieces were worth it! I love both of your styling choices! I’m 63 and would wear all of the outfits style both ways. I couldn’t wear it however, Leah rocked that head scarf. She couldn’t be more adorable and she is a great addition. I’m a huge gardener but your fashion thrifting episodes are so fun! Confidence is the best outfit, own it and rock it ! Stewart you are such a great sport and a great photographer!

I think the key to thrifting is to think about what you have what will work with it and having a creative eye. And you both have that in spades. Stewart and Leah’s repertoire was enchanting last week! Nice work beautiful ladies!!!!

I was surprised with the mini-check dress. The wide puffy sleeves had me doubting, but both of you styled it well. With all the pieces, you both hit home runs keeping the scale of shoes, jewelry and headgear in proper proportion to the outfit. You both have a talented eye for styling clothes. 😊

Please, please, please more videos like this one. It was so much fun and you two looked wonderful. Leah has inspired me to add more scarves to my outfits; she is adorable. I loved the modeling segment of Goodwill finds! My favorite was Linda in her blue jacket dress with hat and the red sandals and straw bag and Leah in the dress with the stylish head scarf with black tights. This show was SO MUCH FUN!! I loved everything!! I love thrifting too and tend to be on the eclectic side of style. I would have never thought to put those 70ish black above the knee boots with that dress. I loved that scarf Leah used. That reminds me of the show Rhoda. You and Leah were fabulous! The book suggestions were great as well. I am currently reading Life Lessons by Elizabeth Kubler -Ross and David Kessler. It is so full of wisdom from the dying. I'm so glad I'm reading it now, and am going to send copies to my adult children. I highly recommend it. Fun fun fun!!

Well, this video confirmed for me that I’m a “Linda Vater Groupie” 😂. When I stumbled on the channel for gardening inspiration and found Linda liked using thrifted finds too, that drew my attention. Linda’s interest intersect with mine too. As for the thrift finds fromLauren and then each of you styling in your own way, it illustrates your creativity and flexibility-we all need that to keep growing. All finds are winners in my book! I love that you have split the style part away from the gardening videos. I enjoy both types of content, but am not "in the mood" for style related stuff when I am immersed in a gardening video and it was always a little jarring to have that thrown into the mix. Great outfits!

Love this segment clothing Thrifted was amazing. I am a Thrifter. Also, i have pick out shoes always bring them home and spray them with a disinfectant but love the things that were modeled. You both look very different in your outfits. I am a hat wearer and enjoy, wearing a hats and always get lots of compliments! ❤

I wear hats summer and winter. I take medications that require I stay out of the sun so I got used to wearing them. I got so many compliments on how great they looked that I lost my self-consciousness pretty quickly. Now I wonder how people go around without one.

I LOVE the light-weight coat that reminds me of seersucker, which I've loved my entire life. And I'll definitely have to remember that light-weight long wraps can be used as dresses! I also love hats of all kinds. I have straw ones for warm weather that also are good sun shields. For cool weather I favor knit things.
