I never knew KZfaq was this good, it’s been a year now since I last watched mainstream tv all because of excellent channels like everytrade welderfaber d&j projects Mj tiff plumbing and the struggler and a few more. Chris is right where he points out that he finds it therapeutic, I’m the same whereby it just seems to chill me out and the content is so varied across the channels. That was such a nice thing Chris in what you done for baz, I hope all you guys do well going forward and your channels are only ever go in one direction, it’s just a matter of time 👍

When doing new kitchens have you considered getting hobs incorporating the extractor? It creates more storage space, ideal for HMOs, and means less work / expense. I have had one of these for over a year now and I wouldn’t go back to a separate extraction again. To prevent van thefts there should be an alarm that sprays the villains with that UV spray that takes weeks to scrub off. Small apertures could be drilled above doors and windows ready to spray anyone trying to force doors or smash glass. I’m sure it wouldn’t be that complicated to rig up and activate.

I used to install the copper tube myself for the plumber at the same time as the joists to save the hassle of many joints if they were wall to wall

Another great video mate, never mind the keyboard warriors! I agree you should definitely look into extra security measures for the vans like extra dead locks and alarms, would an store or a fully equipped store van help cut down lost time as in a driver would go out to site and restock the tradesmen or go and pick up stuff that they would have to leave site and do, it worked for a company I was previously at, cheaper than having tradesmen going to wholesalers/suppliers etc. I also definitely think a garage spin off would be a great idea for your company loads of mini Dales 😂

Dale is a fantastic knowledgeable person for ur company he’s so switched on on what he does you should give him an apprentice for a while as if you jump to big straight away it may not work out I would give it a year as you are then go get bigger premises etc

Spinning off the vehicle repair business sounds like a good idea. Including an MOT centre for at least cat 4 & 7 with possible HGV would also make money.

I'm at the moment replacing two box sash windows on a listed property,frame included Building them by hand on site,they're very basic so easy to do,very little if any change on the weights It's preferable to using modern machines by the trust I'm loving your joinery sections

Hi Chris, great episode this week with Baz What a lovely guy. Also great to see Alex doing what he does best great content with Alex as for opening up the garage. I think you should wait 12 months just to see how it goes, but you do need to employ someone else to help out on that side of the business This year invest in a 8 wheeler grab next year if i the mechanical side is successful then open your garage…….PS please stop clicking your fingers after each take its so annoying lol don’t take it personal

On to the feedback part on the autos, I think with your contacts you should speak to firms and offer maintenance contracts on all there fleets first before pushing to general public just an idea 👌🏼
