We Tried the Ironman Challenge with ALL WEATHERS ENABLED - Lethal Company's Hardest Game Mode

Introducing the All Weather Ironman Challenge, where all weathers are enabled!
This challenge is possible thanks to StormyTuna's Hell Weather mod, which enables all available weather on a moon at once.
This is the most requested format since my flooded ironman video, so I'm glad it's an actual possibility now thanks to this mod!
You'll notice pretty quickly, but I disabled foggy weather for this run for the sake of the video. I'll try the challenge again with fog enabled at some point, but I felt like it would be better video-wise if you could see the eclipse, flood, storm, and rain in action rather than behind a fog wall.

Also a technical note, I had some recording issues with the second run and the audio levels are a bit off. I had to replace my old microphone since it kept malfunctioning during recording and I didn't realize how low my microphone levels were this time around. I've since learned how to record to multiple audio tracks through OBS, so any new recordings will have my voice separate from the in-game audio so I can adjust the audio levels moving forward.

Fun fact: On a stormy run, I abandoned a bottles thinking it was electric to bring a flask to the ship. Needless to say, that was the last time i was struck by lightning. that was 2 weeks ago.

on dine, if you go straight from the back of the ship, kind of to the left, there's a pipe next to a fence, you can jump over it or around to the right of it, then go straight from there and scan until you find the entrance. you still have to walk around to the right of the entrance to get on top of the platform, but that's been my fool proof plan for flooded dine runs

There is a coding oversight that makes subsequent stormy moons effectively not have targeted lightning after leaving conducting items out in the rain on previous moons that very same session (without quitting or restarting) That's what happened here. Its as easy as leaving a key or three outside of the first stormy moon you visit

I'm pretty sure the apparatus clip is more likely to fail if you lag (my guess for this would be the same reason why laggy players can survive falling in pits sometimes your likely just lagging past the hitbox.)

dead enemies do not count for the spawn limit, which is why we leave some enemies alive. Example: killing a spider on experimentation allows for monsters like a thumper or a bracken to spawn

My original timeline was regular ironman -> Hardcore ironman -> Brutal ironman, just gotta get done with all these other side quests first 😂 I used to play on Brutal Company quite a bit

Pretty sure Dine can't be stormy, so actually don't need to worry about lightning. Although to be fair, there was the mud on Rend which can't be rainy so? Or is it just all but flooded at all times (since some maps just don't work with flooded) Mod is actually cruel as hell though. Remember seeing it a while back after thinking about if modded weather was possible and finding it funny the first dedicated weather mod is just cruelty.

yeah I was wondering about that Rend puddle too… the mod is only supposed to be the weathers that are natively available to each moon, but tbh we got wrecked so hard on every map that I wasn’t level-headed enough to even remember some of them 😂 was also dealing with audio issues all weekend so I was a bit distraught on multiple levels lol

Is brass (clown horn) non-conductive? You gotta remember that anything can be conductive if you give the current no other choice, like a human for instance, but that's purely academic. Surely brass would be a good choice for lighting, but also there are giant metal pipes and huge buildings on some maps, so it's not like they're going for realism.

yeah I disabled it for this one to showcase what combined weathers would look like. The mod has fog enabled by default and my next Hell weather video will have it enabled again

yeah I started recording game audio and mic audio to different channels because of this recording (which is good practice anyway). Been having quite a few audio issues with my setup lately that I’m trying to fix
