It's to try to see if they can get more clicks on the video with a different title/thumbnail. This was also helped by KZfaq introducing a feature for some channels where they can upload three thumbnails and KZfaq will try out 1 of the 3 with various people and then settle on which ever thumbnail ended up getting the most clicks.

for anyone who may want to know T-Rex is the animation studio bunnywalker is a label for publications owned by lunesoft in other words, lunesoft has publications for henti and they hire T-Rex studio to adapt works for them in addition to that the works of studio T-Rex are usually directed by animation director raika ken and sometimes they hire different animation directors, the last time they did this, was when they still adapted works for pink pineapple when they got hired by them for such works, which was around 2015 recently they are adapting a title which its animation director is not raika ken but another famous director tatsumi, this guy adapted works such as dropout and residence and torokase orga$m and more the artstyle is nice
