I recently found out about an Aliymah who has done this very act, and was so shocked that she would manipulate the courts' biases against Muslim men (structured Islamophobia - but that's another topic) to suit her own agenda, whatever that was. Now, hearing many other cases where supposedly pious sisters are doing the same, I guess I shouldn't be surprised, but my fitra says how can they face their Lord, their Rabb, knowing they lied under oath and gave false testimony, among other major sins? It's so upsetting for me to hear this is going on. May Allah guide those sisters to do what's just, and right, not following their own nafs, desires. Ameen.

My ex was an alimah and she swore on the Quran and proceeded to make as many lies as possible. Using my deen to call me a terrorist and say I'm funding terrorist groups. Saying I was abusing her to the point I would throw her down stairs and kick and beat her as shes down. Nauzubillah what disgusting lies and to swear on Quran for it to be the truth. She got caught lying many times and I was still given very small custody as someone who successfully defended himself from her lies.

Much needed topic to be discussed. One of the many things Br. Ahmed got right that I wanted to highlight was the fact that some women rightfully demand their Islamic rights at the onset and duration of the marriage. However, when things don't work out, they resort to the court system and prefer the secular laws. This is pure hypocrisy and shows their true colors. Some of the stories they told were shocking but unfortunately not surprising. I personally know of at least three practicing brothers who are going through similar situations. In all three cases there was a khula and the ex-wives are collecting fat checks every month, leaving the men in a run-down one bedroom apartment and unable to see his kids at the same time. Men - be careful of this. There are certainly good women out there but sometimes the risk isn't worth it. Use your youth and prime to make money, help family and community out with their financial needs, work on your career and health, fast if your hormones are out of control, but don't risk rolling the dice if you have too much to lose. If you must settle down, make sure you iron out an airtight pre-nup. Spend money on a good attorney to structure it (make sure it's Shariah-compliant).

Alhamdulillah finally Muslim leaders talking about this issue as its the most underlooked common abuse happening by malicious mothers. It happened to me and many of my friends and their friends and their friends so on and so forth. I spent 1 year in custody battle and even after my ex was caught lying several times of 6 court hearings I was still demoted from a father to a visitor to my boy and girl who were 1 and 3 at the time. Alhamdulillah Allah replaced with much better. But I feel for all the poor father's who were unjustly abused by these women and the feminazi court system. May Allah give us justice in the hereafter. Its no wonder we hear hadith about most women entering the fire may Allah protect our sisters, mothers and daughters. Its a very small minority who don't wish to do this kind of zulm.

100% What was described in this video is exactly what my brother is going through. As a brother it's painful to see lies being spread by his sociopathic witch of a wife, one can only imagine what he as a father/husband is feeling. interesting thing is that in the case she's afraid to take it to court because she fears the cross examination and her lies being exposed.

I'm surprised this is so widespread but unfortunately it's difficult to deal with people nowadays. People used to be simple and sincere. As a woman I know men can hurt a woman badly and leave her scarred especially if she put a lot of hope in her husband but taking away his kids from him is unacceptable. Not negotiable. happening right now with my brother and his wife. the lengths her and her family have gone, weaponising the kids (as the title says). now she's in deep trouble because she's lied to the housing authorities (and she knows it) so lying to herself and her family will no longer work, especially if/when she gets cross examined. she's from Bangladesh where while there's been a lot of development in the country, "honesty", "accountability", "ownership" and "abiding by the law" hasn't yet been entered into the dictionary (especially that last one).

This is such a prevalent issue and one I am very frustrated about. I wish my sisters could fear Allah and stop this dhulm. I know of at least three cases... one where the father hasn't seen his son since he was a toddler and is now married himself. Another father who has been barred from seeing his daughters and another excellent father who has been vilified by his ex in laws and barred from his precious child. I wish I could tell these sisters, what are you doing? Fear Allah. When I hear of "alimaat" doing this, I will clearly say that these people are not "alimaat". A true student of knowledge applies their knowledge with taqwaa. May Allah forgive us and guide our ummah to be merciful and fear Allah. Ameen.

This can happen to mothers too. I followed my abusive husband to his home country. I followed him hoping he’d be a better husband I didn’t ask any questions I gave him all my trust even though he didn’t deserve it. I made all these mistakes because after we married and I reverted Alhamdulla, I took all my religious knowledge from him and his family alone. Because they seemed like good people, with others at least. I thought with time and proving my loyalty to them they’d finally love me. Divorce was never not an option for me. My parents divorced, all I ever wished for was a loving peaceful marriage. So I followed him to the Middle East. I was having massive panic attacks the year leading to the big move. My body telling me the danger I was in! But I refused to listen. Once in his country he took his mask off almost immediately. Gave me a blue eye that first month for not feeling like visiting his uncle. The emotional, psychological and financial abuse escalated to the point that I was constantly faking respect that I was loosing faster than I could possibly handle emotionally. I didn’t allow the thought of him trapping me enter my mind because I knew it would be tragic. I had an eight year old son and five children under four years old. He had promised me to have the best life that he’d be better and that I’d finally be allowed to visit with my family who I wasn’t allowed to visit while living in the states. I know, why would I believe he’d allow it after we left the country?! After about two years I finally got the courage to ask him to fulfill his promise and allow us to visit my parents. He said no because of his financial situation. A few more years passed, our relationship was deteriorating fast because of my inability to fake respect or love for him. The beatings became more violent the toxicity in the home became overwhelming. I’d often fall into deep depression but would force myself out of bed to care for our young children. It wasn’t until about four years later that he admitted what I was dreading he’d say. He told me he didn’t have any intentions on ever allowing me to leave his country with his children. He said my behavior was the reason to his decision. In other words my reaction to his lies and abuse. When I’d ask him what had I ever done to deserve his mistrust, he’d say it wasn’t a matter of trust. Of course it wasn’t! I had already endured eight years of abuse in America not once did I call the police or even tell a living soul about our problems. But he knew if I chose not to come back after enduring twelve years of abuse by that point no one would blame me. But I just needed a summer break, I wanted to finally be allowed to share the joy of my children with my family like his family did. I never intended on doing what these mothers do to good fathers. Even if he wasn’t a good husband or father I know both parents have rights to the children. He has kept me trapped here for over twelve years now because he’s afraid I might do what he’s doing to me. Alhamdullah we separated two years ago. He’s threatening to kick me out of the country if I file for Khula. He leaves the children with me all weekdays and basically leaves all the responsibility of caring for their upbringing to me alone. Alhamdullah since the separation I’ve learned more about Islam than I ever did in the years married to him. He will not make our American divorce legal in his country saying he will not risk i remarry and ruin his reputation. He says he’s a good guy who made mistakes. That Allah is the Most Merciful and will forgive him. I know I’ll never leave this country because this is where I see my children belong. It’s safe for them. I feel safe here too Alhamdullah. But I’ll be counting down the years until my youngest is eighteen so they can finally meet my family too.

Fear Allah, Allah has given women such power and status don't misuse it, don't be the reason for someone's tears. Unless there is direct harm to the child. There are so many sisters who we’ve let get away with the most jahil things that it baffles me that mufti menk(along with many people( rarely or never bought up what women have done that is wrong to maintain awareness as well But no- women have a literal in grouping that even helps each other when they don’t even have the same values. Very interesting that love and lust can blind your trust off of an innate sense of worshipping women when history shows that’s what many of the most warring societies would be represented off of When you look at the fact that queen ruled regions had a 27% likely of going into war over kingdoms We never talk about the forceful influence of Queen Isabella or Queen Victoria and her neglect on 1770’s Bengal Famine where 30 million Bengalis were starving and 10 million DIED…. This was 4-5 years before even Americas creation. But we don’t see it in that perspective because we don’t see it as an effect on us personally today. It’s about the lack of understanding regarding what’s being perceived and what it actually was regarding how manipulative women can be and how little we know about what to be aware of.

What do we expect from a hemispheric culture that roots traditional values in the bin - while upholding atomised individualism, LGBT and rampant feminism? What do we really expect from a culture that mutilates young men and women in abeyance to their mental health and trauma - making objective firmness ultimately evadable and nullified? As the ummah of Muhammad (peace be upon him) we can be exemplars in all facets of public and private life - but this starts with bettering ourselves and fortifying our personal connection with the Almighty.

Shut the fuck up, they're talking about a real problem that men are suffering from on a daily basis much more so than women. It needs to be discussed, it's a epidemic plaguing our society and all you can say is what about women? Are you even familiar with regards to the percentage of custody cases are awarded to the mother? This is contrary to the shariah where custody is favoured to the father, especially when the women remarries. Another man will never treat your kids like his own in vast majority of cases. I'm doing about probabilities and not possibilities.

That’s not usually why women do parental alienation. Its from hate and resentment, they use the children against their ex and the money is like a bonus for them.

What kind of nonsense is this.. if the husband initiate the divorce then the wife keeps mahr/dowry but if wife initiate divorce she has to give mahr dawry back. Children maintenance has to be paid by the parent to the resident parent. This is not a good reason to stop the children from the other parent..

@Prime Minister stupidity to write what you have but what your suggesting is 6.1% (it's not actually 5%, but you need to check your facts on that) of Muslims living in the west or...roughly 115900000. Now to you, a topic that concerns close to 116 million people in the west may not be valid or relevant but I am sure to that percentage of the western population is it. Which bring to question, why are you here n commenting on a video that is clearly of no relevance to you except that your life is so dull that you have resorted to commenting irrelevant videos online in an attempt to troll and harass people to get reactions, which clearly bring you some form of delight. Furthermore, as a member of that 116M population, having been through the family courts and currently aid those, Muslim or non Muslim male or female in either trying to resolve matters outside courts or help through their court process, I think the topic is highly relevant. Now I suggest you go troll another video where am sure your keyboard warrior tactics will help garner the reactions you need to feel loved. All the best.

You mention that most youth suicide are from fatherless homes. Yet, correlation does not equal causation. Maybe what led to them being fatherless also led them to develop mental health issues.
@earthwarden8548
@earthwarden8548 Жыл бұрын
The old correlation argument to dismay what any expert psychologist will tell you that children from fatherless homes BECOME victims of poorer education, poorer quality of life and increase likelihood of depression, crime and degeneracy. There is no substantial evidence to prove that these negative impacts are due to previous or already existing issues with the children when these studies have been conducted. Ask any human/child psychologist about the impact of not having a masculine father figure in the home can have on the child Mr correlation doesn't mean causation. That argument is overly used to ignorantly shut down any blatant study or fact. Many times correlations does have relationships to causation. This is just another whataboutism tactic that feminists use

@@TechSyndrome Assalamu alaikum. I'm an ukhti. If we measure cancer diagnosis, and time spent on the internet, we may (just making things up) find that cancer diagnosis is correlated with higher internet usage (more internet usage equals more likely to develop cancer). This does not mean internet usage causes cancer. It could simply mean that having cancer means you are stuck in hospital so more likely to use the internet. Hope that makes things clear.

@@afnandridi9595 except that argument doesn't work here as any expert psychologist will tell you that fatherless homes have a plethora of negative effects on children.
