Probably the brute force way, in the field, from what he says. But the thing about limiting beliefs that no one told me is that they are INVISIBLE. It’s not what you SAY you believe. It’s what you can’t seem to escape, no matter what you do. No matter how much you maneuver. No matter how careful, how resolved, or how persistent you are. If you rely on contact with the world to make you stronger, eventually you run out of world. The same situations and the same experiences aren’t going to cut it.

Well alot of people do not have real social skills so no wonder they don't think it can be done. Also a lot of men are in the "impress the girl" frame witch is a horrible frame to be in. Its like placing a bet of 100 dollars and you losing 99 times out of a 100. Its just not attractive for the girl. She wants to chase you not the other way around. This is so true and you only get this by going out alot until you see how the social scene works. I did however not really know about the halo effect he was talking about but i did know about the who cares less wins kind of thing. Being higher value then everybody else in your mind does effect your actions. I don't think I have pushed this fare enough. When you let go of the need to impress people you relax a lot more and it becomes easy. Your not thinking about what to say because your not the one that needs to impress others. Your pinning on a hole other level. "let it be"

Owen’s a compelling speaker, but he never says or gives you any step by step thing that you can actually apply in your life. It’s just confident speaking that quickly becomes convoluted in its delivery. It’s honestly like I’m hearing a science lecture for the first time at 2x the speed. I inevitably tune out after 10 minutes and think to myself “there’s nothing I’ll gain from this video, and I’m not waiting 46 minutes to find out”.

For something that inexpensive, its not going to be a 1 on 1 with myself. But it's a community of like-minded individuals getting ongoing feedback. It's a steal for the money, probably the best deal of anything you'd find anywhere online TBH. @@OwenCookSelfHelp I try and get my information from a little bit of everwhere. At the end of the day, I go with what makes the most sense. I could believe that the virus and the lockdowns were this global conspiracy that the world was apart of to try and mess with the little man and control the masses or I could believe that countries tried their best to stop this thing from spreading as much as they could to prevent as many deaths as they could and try and curb the overwhelm of the medical care systems. Until I get solid proof of this conspiracy, I'm gonna go with what makes sense. My issue with you pushing the conspiracies isn't that it goes against what I believe, it's just not useful. What am I supposted to do with this information? Am I going to lead the rebellion against the global conspiracy? Or am I going to just sink futher and further into more conspiracies and more paranoia? It might be helpful to you in a marketing / sales sense if you can get your audience to distrust everything but trust you I guess. I don't know. I just think living your life thinking everything is a conspiracy is an unhealthy way to live. You should have a healthy level of skepticism but people should also apply common sense as well. Again, solid on the social skill stuff but I gotta fast forward past these conspiracies

I finally started going out each weekend again and taking lots of action like more than ever in my life and literally everything you say is relatable asf, like so wild too how the girls that I wanted not even 2 weeks ago feel the energy switch of not caring and they hit me up first now. But I don’t even want them I just literally wanna go out. The only prob is I go out with friends that don’t talk to girls (they speed ahead of me and talk to each other as an avoidant technique) and I’m trying to convince them to stop smoking weed. Cause that shit made me hella anti social. I fw them as friends though and I feel like I can convince them to take action with me. But now I know myself and I’ll even still get good results while high now. I’m way less dependent on external factors. Weird extra thing, I feel like my best results happen RIGHT before we dip out, cause it’s like no pressure cause we’re about to leave anyway.

I recently spend 3 hours a day of my time for several months helping out a major figure who helped me, completely for free. I found it an honor to be able to reciprocate. He offered me a chunk of the company and I declined it, I just want to help. People also want to help me if they've been impacted by the content.
