Week 25 is River Murrays
Today @donna_wilmott_trainer pops together an AMRAP to get the heart pumping! Consisting of:
👉 3 x Side River Murray's while the other partner (aka as my bestie😘) performs double side kicks
👉 Repeat other side when you return to the wall
👉 Get in as many rounds as you can in a given time!
Tips....
💦 pull your feetfast to the floor at the end of the river murray
💦 extend the body fully during your double side kicks and pull to the floor fast
💦 breathe 🤣😁
